Wow! What a nice compliment to receive. Thank you so much ☺️. We really love Thailand. It’s our first time visiting and we wish we could stay longer. We do have plans to return later this year and are really looking forward to that trip. 🙏😊
Pornchai, thank you so much for the compliment. So nice of you to watch our video and drop us a comment. We are planning to return to Bangkok and are looking for suggestions for places to visit while we are there. We definitely did not have enough time to see everything we wanted to see, but our next visit will be for one month so we will have plenty of time to get the city vibes. 🙏😊
I am a backpacker so I usually travel around myself. The only country that I had to book a tour was Thailand because I could not figure out their language lol. Did you take TukTuk? Tuktuk was so fun to me, a bit scary but an adventure 😅 Mango sticky rice is my most fav food from Thailand 😋 Btw, Stephanie has a nice voice for a narrator 😊
Hi Saigonese Nguyen. We like to travel around ourselves. That way we can take our time and not be rushed. Sometimes we will take an inexpensive walking tour with a guide, but then we spend the rest of the time on our own. We mostly walked or travelled on the BTS and MRT, which are the subway and sky train. We were reluctant to use TukTuks because we read about a lot of scams. We will use Grab if we need a taxi because the price is clear. Mango sticky rice is our favorite too. We had a lot of it in Chiang Mai because it was so inexpensive there. Bangkok was more expensive for food so we ate in our Airbnb more often. We were very rushed in Bangkok so we want to go back to see more of the city. Thanks for stopping by and watching another one of our videos. It’s great to see returning viewers 😊😊.
@@388_days Will you visit Pattaya floating market? Well, I will be watching you two until you return to the US and maybe I will see a diferrent World than what I have seen before.
@saigonese.nguyen @saigonese.nguyen we do not have plans to visit the floating market. We considered it, but it was a long journey to get there. Maybe when we return to Bangkok later this year. We are already starting our list of places to visit. -Stephanie says “thank you” for the comment about her narration 😊🙏.
Thank you for watching and commenting on our video. We have had such an enjoyable time in Thailand. The food is great and the people are so kind and friendly.
@@388_daysBangkok is a mega city with varieties of your interest. Other parts of Thailand have more interesting places waiting for your adventure as Thailand is like a melting pot of cultures and heritage. Hope you have a really good time in my country. Language is not a problem here as all Thais are willing to help eventhoygh they hardly speak English. See you back in the near future ka.
Very impressive building. I like the modern architecture with the Chedi on the top. It’s very striking and I’m really glad we took the ferry some we could see it. Thanks for watching our video and commenting 😊🙏
@@388_days if you can drive the bike, it will make you enjoy and flexible more. Hire the bike in Phuket that will cheap more. You should stay at the hotel at Phuket old town: safe, dont have noise, enjoy a lot of convient: the restaurant, Coffee shop and local food and living of them more than another place in Phuket.
Hello Burger! Thank you for watching our video and sending us such a nice comment. There are a lot of Bangkok videos on TH-cam so we are very flattered by your comment. Funny you mention monitor lizards. I am editing one of our upcoming videos where we are in Surat Thani and we saw a lot of them there. We actually didn't see any when we were in Bangkok. The good news is that we are coming back to Bangkok later this year for a longer visit so we will have an opportunity to visit parts of the city we missed. Let us know if you have any recommendations. 😊🙏
We completely agree. The temples are beautiful. We visited Surat Thani for several days and we visited several temples and a shrine and we were amazed. We will be publishing that video next week. We were so blown away by how much we enjoyed Surat Thani.
Viwut, thank you so much for sending us such a nice comment. There must be thousands of Bangkok videos so it's very flattering to get a compliment like this. 🐲🧧😊
Thank you for watching our video and for leaving a nice comment. The comments are very nice to read and we really appreciate that you took the time to send one to us. 🙏😊
Thank you for watching and commenting. We hope that people watch our videos and see what a great places Thailand is to visit for culture, history, food, and the people.
We went to a few very good coffee shops, but we are not familiar with the coffee market. Can you tell us where it is located? We are returning to Bangkok later this year for a longer visit and we will be sure to visit if we know where it is located. We are big coffee people so this sounds exciting 👏🍾 Thanks for watching and commenting. 🙏😊
Hi Somruck! Thank you for watching our video and commenting. Bangkok is such a large city that we were unsure where to stay during our first visit. We stayed in an Airbnb near the BTS Skytrain that enabled great access to public transportation, but we were a little further away from the sites that we wanted to visit, so I wouldn't necessarily recommend where we stayed. The other potential obstacle with Airbnb is that many require that you stay for 30 days so they can be more difficult to find. What learned is that staying near public transportation is very helpful for navigating the city. Because we are full-time travelers, we prefer to stay in Airbnbs so that we have a little more space. If you are visiting Bangkok in June, our recommendation is to stay near the places you want to visit, and make sure that public transportation (BTS and/or MRT) stations are within walking distance. We are planning to return to Bangkok later this year, and we plan to stay near Sukhumvit which is a very lively location, but it may not be the best location for visiting the temples, Grand Palace, and other sites closer to the river. I've linked to a BTS station that is on Sukhumvit to give you an idea of approximately where we will be staying. maps.app.goo.gl/sYYoTcc9ZQHiJtdf8 Good luck and let us know if you have other questions. We are happy to help if we can. -Steph&Chris
