The imop is sexy no doubt but it is incapable of handling gbs demands of a high volume restaurant. Especially in the presence of grease, debris etc. Simple engineering flaws. I'll share the details
Its great for cleaning floors that are already clean...and with a price tag of $6,000 usd. No thank you!!
