I'm not any expert maybe i can answer your questions, Ans-1:We have already calculated that as our DHD(from delivery location to the nearest truck stop). In reare of the rarest cases!!! when we get our second load directly after delivery then there would be 0 DHD as now you are going for your second pickup. Ans-2: Fist we inform our carriers if they agree for the given price we ask them to send rate confirmation else we negotiate for the better price!!! . . . . I have given these answers on the basis of my current knownledge, It's better to do some research on your own.
