"So it's not hostile to Kalkidan, it's just hostile to normal-sized people" and it was at this moment that Caleb knew he messed with the wrong woman 💀😂 She is such a great addition to your life and this wonderfully wholesome channel! I'm glad you went to the Udvar-Hazy Center, because that is like the coolest Smithsonian thing ever. I know it's a part of the bigger Air & Space Museum, but this place is way better than the main Air & Space Museum on the National Mall because this displays much bigger stuff as shown in this video like a freakin' Air France Concorde!
While the Udvar-Hazy Center don't let you go inside their Concorde, I've been inside the British Airways Concorde at the Intrepid Museum in NYC back in 2016. The Intrepid's Concorde, G-BOAD, is THE fastest Concorde as it arrived in London from NY just 2 hours, 52 minutes, and 59 seconds later in 1996! It also spent the most time in the air than any Concorde at 23,397 hours. The Intrepid lets you go inside their Concorde as part of a booked Concorde tour and we were in the only ones in our tour group, so I got the huge opportunity to sit in the cockpit and it was MAGICAL! It was such a cool experience.

Charlotte has plans for a silver line. That said, Charlotte had plans for a Blue, a Red, a Gold, and a Silver line 20 years ago and so far we have about 95% of a Blue line and 50% of a Gold line.

Don't forget about the other lines that have designated "grayness" in them: the L Train in Brooklyn, New York, and the J Bus line, the former Gray Line bus rapid transit route, in Los Angeles, California.

More fun, The Red line used to be Route 42S. The Silver line used to be 42L. One route not in use anymore, which they colored Brown, was the 52, to Allentown. I still hear in my head.. "Route 42S, Inbound, to downtown.." or "Route 42S, Outbound, to South Hills Village"

Originally, SL4 & SL5 were supposed to be branches from the Green Line to tie in with the abandoned Pleasant Street Portal but the FTA didn't want to fund the project, partially because of their contributions towards extending the Red Line and the realignment of the Orange Line. So, to have a better chance to obtain funding, BRT was proposed along the corridor.

The Pittsburgh Silver line only was called the Silver line because that is the latest style. Most people still call it the Library line.
Fun Fact: Library PA is only town or city called Library in the US by the US Postal Service. There are many Pittsburgs but only one Library. Library received its name for in the early 1800s it had a Library a rarity at that time period.

LA used to have a Silver Line, but it was rebranded to the J-Line. Houston has a Silver Line, and I think that’s the furthest rapid transit Silver Line from the east coast that’s still in the US (there are some Silver Lines abroad, so Caleb has some work to do!). LA and Houston are both busway rapid transit lines, like [parts of] Boston’s Silver Line.

If it hadn't been for The Big Dig, the Silver Line is Boston would be much nicer than it is. I must say though that the SL2 is great for those who go on cruises out of Boston, especially getting to/from Logan with a change to the SL1.

The airbus A220 was originally the Bombardier Aerospace C-series jet, which was the Canadian company's attempt to expand from the regional jet into the short-distance narrow-body airliner territory, with hopes of competing with smaller A320s (like the A318 and A319) and Boeing 737s. Unfortunately, despite billions in dollars of aid from the Quebec government it spelled the end of the company, with controlling share and then the entire program sold to Airbus. I believe the aircraft are still partly assembled in Quebec though (they have to be in order to keep the Gouvernment du Quebec happy). The program spelled the end of Bombardier, with their turboprop line (to Longview Aviation Capital's De Havilland Canada, they reincarnated that name), regional jet line (to Mitsubishi Aviation), and train businesses (to Alstom Transport) all sold off.
