I lost my mom this past June 2024 & my dad June 2024, both of my parents were paryer warriors 🙏✝️🕊😇, One day I'll hear both of my parents pray again ❤❤
That is a beautiful song. My Mother was a great singer and she prayed for her children and friends people know if they need prayer she was one to ask to pray for their need. She know how to get a wholed of God. One time my brother come home from a date and heard Momma praying for him. She was asking God to save him before it was to late. He said I was thinking I had everyone thinking I was a Christian but Momma knew I wasn't. He gave his heart to God right after he heard her praying for him, and still is today. This song makes me think of her.
Love this song. My Mother prayed more in silence. Thankful for parents who taught me right and prayed for me. Have heard this song sung many times in church. Jean another country artist who loved to sing country music, now singing in Heaven. 🎶❤️
My mother was the same. She got the whole family to stop what they were doing and we knelt down and said the rosary most nights as far as I can remember. The world and it's people was a better place then. She taught us right from wrong and no bullshit about LGBT or woke ideology either. It was a live and let live world then.
Beautiful song beautiful lady congratulations on the hall of fame Jeanie. Now on another serious note I never heard or even knew Jeanie do this song I’ve just heard and knew Miss Loretta Lynn do it. Another serious note Both Ladies Miss Loretta & Jeanie do/did a fantastic job of singing it. Another serious note Miss Loretta and Jeanie are deeply loved and sadly missed RIP to both
When us kids was out Mother would pray for us and didn't go to sleep until she knew we was home safe. I am so happy for my Mother's prayers for me. I know they got me home safe a lot of times. I didn't drink or do drugs, but I did like to drive fast and that could have caused me to lose my life. Lost a friend to driving fast it slowed a lot of us down for awhile. The wreck also kill one of my Daddy's friends that was hit when my friend lost control of his vehicle. Stay safe and God bless.
Sarah Russel, the lady singing with Jean is Michelle Capps , wife of the wonderful late Jimmy Capps. He is playing the guitar on this video. He played with many bands through the years. He married Michelle after the death of his late wife. She sang harmony with most of the artists that entertained at Larry’s Country Diner.
This was great. Good to see the late Jimmy Capps and nice to hear Michelle along with Jean. Cannot help but wonder if Michelle is still singing even though it must be a bit sad not to have Jimmy next to her.
