I can only answer this in english but this is the official rebelanced version of 98UM. Arcade Versions of this are hard to come by but it‘s available on Steam and Playstation. KoF98UM, if you don‘t know, is an updated version of the original KoF98 that reintroduced all the missing characters in the series (at that point) and reworked system mechanics and character balance. 98UMFE buffed almost everyone from 98UM except for Krauser who was heavily nerfed

裏社と表クリスで技が被ってる。
裏社は投げキャラなんだからダメージのある単発の空中投げに変更すべきよ。
裏リョウ、裏ユリの空中飛び道具もなんか被ってんな
最後に飛び道具が画面端まで届くのにあまり理由も無く空中投げが実装されてるキャラクターもいるような気がする。
