I refuse to believe that you cannot make it as a PGA Tour Player. Your drives are as close to being as accurate as Bryson. With the right team around you, caddie and coach, physical and mental hard work, you could very well qualifie a PGA tour card at Q school. Your timing, power execution is absolutely awesome. I have Seve hands. I wish I would have had your club head and ball speed in the past. Martin Borgmier is awseome too but he has to work harder for his results because you have the natural talent on him. It would be so exiting and fun to see you on tour, you would increase the TV ratings for sure.
@lerugolf I started playing golf at the age of 30 and broke 70 quite a few times, my lowest 64. 12 pars, 6 birdies off of a par 70. What could I have achieved if I started the game early as a child? Yes, I know, it's just hard work determinatiin and talent I found in me. It's upto Kyle if he wants it bad enough.
Kyle it was interesting that you said you were teeing the ball down with your driver and putting it further back in your stance which improved your accuracy. That is really evident in this video as well as in the one where you played the longest course in the country. Your ball striking is amazing and I think you would admit, the short game leaves a lot to be desired. It would be great if you could get together with Butch Harmon, who made Dustin years ago the number one player in the world, by focusing on power fade on the driver and exact distance accuracy with the short game.
I love the way you said "it was pretty cool to talk to them" when mentioning the college kids. I'm fairly certain that they found the experience pretty cool too. Much love, from an ex-pat Brit living in South Africa. (There are some fantastic courses in SA by the way. Absolute stunners, if you ever decide to visit)
Nice playing, beautiful course and a lot of great swings. One thing that I heard during a PGA tour broadcast and stuck with me might have helped you stop the ball on 13. It was mentioned that if you can get the hands descending at impact and not just the clubhead (because sometimes clubhead is descending while the hands are ascending) , you will create a lot more spin. This is easier to do on shortish pitch shots but with a longer shot than about 50 yds., it acually takes some technical precision to do but can pay big dividends where longer spinners are useful. Just thought that I would mention it. Cheers.
Awesome to have you out here visiting and enjoying our courses! As a dude born and raised here, hate to ask but hoping you can give a shout out to Berthoud and Windsor!! In your Raindance vid, you said Denver, CO but Windsor is a bit away and an awesome golf town!! Love seeing you here and hoping you come back to Northern Colorado!!
Living about 35 miles from their course I have played it a few times. Of course not from 7990 yards but a more modest 6500 yards. It is a tough track. It was in great condition when I played it. The greens are undulating and difficult. A beautiful course with the some Rocky Mountain peaks as a back drop. If you get the chance to play it I think you would really enjoy your round.
Kyle.. you are doing amazing.. since you ask for advice.. couple ideas.. use them or don't.. nothing but love.. 1) have challenges like scrambles, or match play.. 2) little background music and some video pazahz like rick shiels adds in his videos.. he has a tried and true method.. wouldn't hurt to consider.. overall enjoy your content.. impressed everytime
Really enjoyed watching this kyle, you had a good score going, just a shame it got dark, man that 2 iron second shot into 13 was seriously good from the rough, you have improved so much from those first videos you did years ago, the fine fringe before the green maybe is set up that way for nipping pitches to stop dead as the greens are very fast, but good golf kyle, look forward to your next video, 👍
The longest hole in golf is in Japan. It’s the par-7 7th hole at the Satsuki Golf Club in Sano, Japan which is 964 yards from the back tees. That would be crazy if you were to make a 3 or a 4 on a par 7 hole. 😁
I used to ride my bike around that area when I was a kid, long before the golf course was built. My brother also built many of the homes on the course.
Those greens look easy. Every putt is straight. Real greens force you to aim up to a foot outside the hole and you hope and pray. You are a very good straight putter and a monster off the tee.
@jimpowell2296 rewatch the video. Every putt is easy if you are able to hit it straight. I recently had a five footer and the hole was on the side of a slope. I was more worried about a three putt so I hit it as soft as possible on the high side. It ended just short of the hole then trickled down the slope and I was left with an uphill 6 footer which I made.
It's another world if a completely miss hit driver goes only 305 yards, LOL! Ha, good round of golf on a course that long. That plays to your strength though, Kyle.
I have a great idea for a series, that involves a fellow Marylander! He is a 2-time winner of the MD Amateur, was Big South Player Of The Year in college, and played on the Canadian Tour. He’s trying to increase his 106 mph swing speed.
Kyle, what I wouldn't give for you to meet up with one of my all time favorite long drivers, Jamie Sadlowski and play a match against each other. Please do that!
lol, a gap wedge over 200 yards. lol. Dude, you are the best. 9 iron 238. Holy smokes. Of course the ball goes far in Colorado, but now one hits it further than you.
Didn’t know you had a channel until the Evan Thompson video. Need to get you out there playing some other TH-cam golfers to get your subscribers up. I was just surprised on how dam good you are.
Greens here are tough. They play a few points faster in the heat of summer. Also more roll out from the greens and fairways. Not my favorite CO course. Next time you're out here, hit me up for some private course play.
hey Kyle. Absolutely love your swing. Was wondering- do you alter your swing when you play vs long drive? I mean obviosly you dont do the walk. But it seems like you also stabilize lower body a lot when you’re playing. if thats true was wondering if you could share your backswing thoughts - ie is it something along the lines of, ’keep left foot grounded’ and ‘hold legs in address position’? or am i completely way off?
Id like to see you team up with another TH-camr. Maybe Rick Sheils or Grant Hovart. Maybe you could do a full round challenge where you give or get strokes. It would be fun to see their reaction to your game.
I understand you have altitude in your favor, but how much are your clubs delofted from a regular set? I think DeChambeau's are like 2 clubs, his 7i = normal 5i, that's why he can hit it 205.
I practice whipping fruit flies for about an hour a day with a T-towel. Now I can drive a golf ball close to 400 yards. I'm right handed but golf left handed. If you need to drive the ball further practice whipping fruit flies with a T-towel. You have to be right handed and golf left handed or be left handed and golf right handed.
You need to call your buddy Bryson and do a break 50 with him. 9 holes on his channel and 9 on yours. The views would be bigger than the drives and subs would go up. I like your vids, other YT's take 1.5 hours to watch, it's too long.
do you get you're strength length and power from your long hair? like Sampson? i think you would hit the ball like spongebob squarepants if you cut your hair. you truly are a freak of nature! is there a hole you cant birdie? nice playing.
8000 yards? I think you made some mistakes in the intro and voiceover. I want to see you break fifty with Bryson. Though I’d probably watch a few of the college videos too.
These are the best videos. No gimmicks, no fancy editing. Just a dude playing golf.

He’s not even close, you know how good those guys are?
What a course! Great job Kyle. Looking forward to your future success.
Love the idea of matches against college golfers on their home courses. Can't wait for the match against Evan great player and awesome dude.
It’s coming out soon!
The course is beautiful. Hats off to the greenkeeppers
Need 5 more holes!!!
Amazing job.
Its exciting to see your game coming together

Yeah, getting my SA exposure from James Wiltshire's journey. Pretty place!
I’m going to SA soon. Is fancourt good?
@@Basisfitonline Haven't played there yet, but yeah, massively popular, three highly rated courses and the area (George) is beautiful.

makes it look so easy.
2 iron out of the rough on hole 13 was an insane shot
Some of the best golf I've seen from Berkie.
I used to ride my bike around that area when I was a kid, long before the golf course was built.
My brother also built many of the homes on the course.
That green on #2 is one of the craziest I've ever seen!
Those greens look easy. Every putt is straight. Real greens force you to aim up to a foot outside the hole and you hope and pray. You are a very good straight putter and a monster off the tee.
I have played this course, trust me they are not easy.

how is it possible to hit a gap wedge 180. Dude is hercules, with a 579 yard drive under his belt.
Altitude always helps 🤣
@@kyleberkshire3371 I gotta use that more in my game, especially when i'm play 2k24 pga tour.
180 yards i'm looking at a 7i ! 😂😂
@@bartgarrett7710 I’m looking at a driver on a good day with tail wind
I was gonna say the “long lost hercules” who has been mia took up golf joke
Nice round. Looked pretty calm. Plays a bit tougher when it's blowing 40mph.

Not to be rude but I don't think many people can do that even if they are young
@@josephscripture8893my kid can do it, but he’s really young.
A series against college golfers would be very entertaining!
Bro, 238 9i gtfo. I want a lesson with you so bad. I absolutely love how you are smooth and bombing it. Such an inspiration for power.
Hey Kyle, love the content. Would rather see you play pros than college players. Think you would learn more too!! Peace!

get skr8 to it then! First hole earned a like and sub

@3:45 you're only at about 5000 feet of elevation in Berthoud Co. Nowhere near 6500.
YT Creator Classic will be a blast!
Is there a course picked out for it yet?
Kyle, when are you going to enter Q-school? :)
Mr kyle could you do a whats in your golf bag? If you have done one i would like a link.
Would you ever consider doing a break 50 challenge with Bryson DeChambeau?
hitting a 9i 230+ is some criminal work
It’s extremely difficult to get tee times on the front range of Colorado. For just about every course.
You ever gonna play with Good Good again???
Do a break 50 with Bryson

Sir have you got injured by golf? Cause right now i got bursitis
What happened to the armlock putter?
If "long" is your song, this is where you belong.
may my blessings come with tithes.... 😊
cheers you were hitting well.
How are you hitting a 9 iron just shy of 240 yards I simply don’t believe that’s possible without a lot of wind and elevation
Instead of playing the college golfers you should vlog the top 100 public golf courses in America
That might give you a gage at where your game is at.
just go for the first Condor ever
Maybe get a local caddy for future videos?

that's great ha ha ha i can hear him too what ya mean a hazard everyone hit it in hear we'll have a party down here you rock

Genuinely think you could go pro and be competitive. Is that the goal?
How many guys in the world can get to 13 in 2 shots?
One.
