Door closer arm is loose, makes noise and hitting door

How to fix doorman door closer arm that got loose, wobbly, makes clicking sound or knocking noise, hitting door, and not closing properly. A sagging door will make your door closer misalign and loose. You need to repair the door first, and then tighten the screw which holds the arm in the door closer

Try to loosen the screw just a little.
