I think you're using asmr to sleep incorrectly. There could be 6 reasons as to why you aren't falling asleep. 1. You have bad quality headsets/headphones, then it's honestly better to watch his asmr without a headset, like, literally just pit ur phone next to u and sleep. 2. You need to pee but you're ignoring it. This will not let you sleep. Even a little urge to pee can result in hours of sleep lost. Just go pee. 3. You're trying too hard to fall asleep. This one is self-explanatory, too much stress over sleeping is not good. 4. You keep thinking about how much sleep you're losing. "It's 1:00 am!? I will knly get 5 hours of sleep!............. 1:20 am?! Ughhh now I'll only get 4 hours 40 mins!" You get my point. Don't do that. 5. You are stressing about tomorrow. Just live in the present moment. There's a saying that goes: "yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift. That is why it is called present." Just focus on falling asleep, BUT don't try too hard or you will fail. 6. and lastly, your headphones are too loud. If they are too loud, then it won't let you sleep. It's pretty self explanatory why, just lower the volume. Goodnight.
