Nick Peet, Fight Disciples, reacts to Ryan Garcia KO'ing his own boxing career last night by appearing on a social media stream clearly under the influence and repeating racist, homophobic anti-Muslim slurs.
Just weeks after he saw the biggest win of his career overturned due to failed PED tests, the Golden Boy fighter has been expelled by the WBC - who stood by him after his drug tests failures - and all but disowned by his own family.

but it's related to mental health, don't you think ?
His head is gone, and its more than just his boxing career at stake.
He needs to take some responsibility and stop seeing himself as a victim. He most likely shouldn't box again anyway, as the blows to the head are probably taking their toll already on him. Throwing money at a mentally unwell young man is not a good thing to do.

This whole event will encourage another person to make an outrageous comment without any fear because they know nothing will happen to them.
Another thing is anyone that has been rightfully offended by Ryan Garcia's hateful behaviour and comments, and if they are now calling for him to be beat up or even killed, should their emotional pain and anger be understood or should it be seen as inciting hate and violence? Because i know of cases where someone said something extremely offensive about Muslims in the past and then that islamophobic person was also spoken of in a similar way meaning that some defended him and others said he should be killed. And there was someone who was emotionally triggered who had access to him and could do something about it which eventually led to the islamophobic person being killed. And then the one who killed him was arrested and eventually unalived as part of his sentencing. I'm just saying if the killer can be arrested and unalived then the one who made the comments that caused so much emotional distress and turmoil in the first place should be arrested first
