Yeah, I completely agree with you! I really hoped for the Royal Set to come back as actual cash when the new shop will be released but it wasn't. I actually played before the Royal Set turned into robux so I spent hours trying to reach that stage and when I had my first 3 million cash, the worst happened, the Royal Set turned into robux. I tried to catch up with all of my stuff. I was finally turning end game but that got screwed over. The gap just got bigger and bigger when the Auction House came and I tried to save up but it just took too long. My mum would be angry at me for leaving the computer on but I tried to get at least a chair but that just looked like it was never going to happen. It's insanely difficult/impossible to reach end game and trying to buy new items and limited items was impossible since all the rich players would spam buy. They need to bring back the Royal Set some how by decreasing the chances or increasing cash price.
I think for me the market was a turning point, people used to sell limited for like 1k sometimes and I used to afk farm that, after you at least get one you can get rich easily by waiting for limiteds. But yeah I agree with Carbon and you.
There’s a point where the chairs go from like normal $400 chairs and tables to 100mil. I love my restaurant but it’ll take like 4 days just to get one chair. I think they should just restart because the royal stuff kind of ruined the game or add more chairs and tables to build up to royal stuff that give buffs so new players have something to work towards and constantly changing things instead of afking for hundreds of hours

They should've added something along the lines of a Bronze set and Silver set (same function as the royal set but instead of regular vip customers you get weaker versions that give 2x cash of the most expensive food and 5x cash of the most expensive food respectively) that can be bought with cash.
Honestly, I think the reason why the game died and MOST youtubers quited doing content in my restaurant, is because it’s TOO pay to win. I recommend they should add new sets thats available for ingame cash and bring the royal set back, and keep updating the game. To bring back the enjoyable game, and make begginer players improve.
I played since the game came out around July 2020, I took a break from the game and came back around the time the coffee machines came out only to realize that there was no way I was gonna be able to get to end game. A good layout that made around 20 mil per hour with royals and limiteds made at most 500k per hour without any limiteds and royals

Completely couldn't say less. I've played since July 4th 2020, and i thought that this game had an amazing amount of potential. And it still does have that potential, it has 15k people playing on weekends and 8 k people playing on the weekdays, i just don't see why david wont make an update, or even make the royal sets up again for 1.5 and 4.5 million. And like you said, the community especially people who started after royal sets became a limited and wasn't purchasable except for buying it at the global market which originally started at 300 million a piece, it is quite annoying how it is extremely if not impossible to get a singular royal chair/table. And as you noticed, the royal chairs are more expensive than the royal tables and that just doesnt add up. And as a former top 50 player in the world, its hard to see my restaurant lost its visits to some ridiculous update that david spent days working on just to flunk. And i know, OG players just dont care, but think about the newer players that want to see this game and are inspired by this and want to see more as well as wanting to get end game, but everyone knew it was basically impossible. David asked for 650 k likes for a summer update, but the game doesnt even get 1 k likes a day.
The game has been getting a steady flow of likes recently. I could’ve sworn I saw it below 600k about a week ago and last I checked it was around 622k. So at that rate, 650k should be reached by the end of July. Though really, it does just boils down to what a summer update would include.
Finally someone is pointing this out. I used to grind and play this game so much and i enjoyed it alot. Ever since the auction house thing came out, the game just went downhill in my opinion.
Ok here’s an idea: first of all completely removing the auction house that addition made everything go for so much so beginners can’t ever reach that point, second add more sets like the royal set (or just add the royal set itself) but for cheaper so that the royal set would be a sort of mid game set, then add even better and harder to obtain sets and build from there, maybe even including a bit more dishwashers and stoves with maybe special abilities or something to make the game feel more fresh. Just my opinion take it was u will.
Yeah and make the customer cap a bit more so more people will go on beginner layouts because when I did one beginner layout there only 5-6 coustomer sets per floor when there were 30+ chairs but I do also know sign campains have a effect for me it's not even that much

I have an idea for reworking the game progression system and I’m going to take a ton of inspiration from bee swarm simulator since that game is awesome. So what about instead of having special sets that are all above the others, we have a steady set progression for different furnitures, like giving multipliers to the furnitures that only are cosmetic, that way there’s an incentive to buy those chairs and tables and there would be a lot more variety in layouts since you now have single tile tables that also give a good amount. Idk if I explained it well but thats what I think.
I remember getting my first ever limited sometime last year, (the salad bar), and now it's over double the price... Even getting 10 million takes me about 3-4 days, let alone 100 million for a chair... And I don't think *anybody* would spend $10 USD on a chair, and $15 USD on a table, as a total of $25 USD in a pixelated restaurant- I think My Restaurant! has really just been passed down to Roblox history. It's not really even worth your time to buy a limited for robux and sell it, because its going to take somebody crazy to spend even a million dollars on it. We need a balance update. It's insane you can buy a tip jar for 25 robux and sell it for 1M, but for 10 robux more, buy a dessert bar that will make you upwards of 6M+ if you sell it. The tip jars should be removed, to be at least worth something.
I feel Preston only added the royal stuff back so that he could make more money. And it's great that the royals aren't limited items anymore, there still 800 robux for the chair and 1,200 for the table. Lots of people dont have robux, so that means that they will never be able to buy those items, even when they aren't limited. I’ve personally got My Restaurant from your channel and followed your channel because of it. I was here for some fishing sim yet didn’t stick for long. My Restaurants shape right now isn’t the best and I totally believe it can blow up like pet sim x but not as popular. The only way to attract new players is by giving ftp (free to play) a chance to be as close to what a ptw (pay to win) player can get with the cost of being patient. I agree with you and I’m not a dev by any means and I think David should be able to make money off of My Restaurant, but at the end of they day there are kids playing your game and if you don’t give them a fighting chance the game could get boring which can be its down fall. It’s hard to make a game and sometimes listen to your community as a dev but I think your idea is a step in the right direction

Even 50M for a chair might be to much for a brand new player.. 2 years ago when I started playing, I recall only making around 200-500k/hr with normal chairs and tables.
Back when I was still playing on mobile, I still had to spend hours, hell even literal days worth of time leaving my tablet running just to get the 1.5m and 4.5m to afford a piece of Royal furniture... If Royals were brought back to a price ~50m, then I’d say adding more intermediate or “mid-game” items would be a good idea.
I played the day of/after My Resturant came out and I was distraught when I took a 1-2 week break snd found the Royal Chairs and Tables no longer for sale. Luckily I had been fortunate enough to obtain 1 table and 3 chairs. Now, I think 600-800 mill for a table or chair is absolutely INSANE. Adding them back in shop for a reasonable price like 100 mill is what majority of the OJ fanbase wants to see but I don't see that happening. So adding a 24 hr thing is probably devs best option.
This is a big stretch but maybe they should think about my restaurant 2 or bring every think back for cheap because my pc broke so I am on x box and after an hour I quit because it’s to hard to get a lot of money
I already made a comment on your last My Restaurant video on the update leaks so I wont repeat myself here, but at this point I feel that the best thing for David and his team to do is to make 'My Restaurant 2' and restart, but this time they can learn from their mistakes in the original My Restaurant and make one of, if not the best game on ROBLOX.
royal chair is fine to be onsale but absolutely not the corrupted chair ive been grinding alot and Ive gotten 88 corrupted chairs and 22 corrupted tables its very overpowered especially with christmas tree and double profits from well, so I suggest maybe the corrupted set should genuinely stay limited the rest can be put offsale from the global market
I do wish that the royal table chair/corrupted royal chair and table where like the pirate or gamer set where they start off at 500k for a royal chair and 750k for a royal table and 1.5m for the haunted chair and 2m for the haunted table, and for every one you buy the price spikes up. Yeah, and the only other way to get royal stuff (I did this) was just invest all your money into limiteds, and then sell those limiteds to buy more limiteds, which creates a snowballing affect and can make billions. Btw this is almost more OP than royal stuff, in terms of profits.
I feel like this update is not bad but also not good as well because the limited items are all back but costs robux not only that but the content of the game is still none there's no progressing into further once you maxed I personally think the game will be better if they added a new mechanic called perks which you can make up your own strategy to make even more money with the perks like 50% more money from tips or double costomers but 20% less cash or even 40 % more cash but chairs and tables are 10 % more expensive I think that's the only way too make the game more enjoyable and possibly be active again
Also some ideas for David -Completely remove the haunted chairs (so they can go up in value) and also maybe royal chairs so that the old fashion stuff are rare too - add more floors i mean sometimes when i do my layouts 10 floors is really cool when you try to get to it but when you get it you want more stuff like 11,12,13,14,15 or 20 floors you just want to keep grinding and also make it so that if you reach the 10th floor you get a board that shows you which direction or which way you wanna expand your restaurant. - Make it so that people live is different cities but you dont have to add the buildings i just want it so that you can visit a persons restaurant buy like teleporting to a different city or counrtry something like that so your restaurant can be the ENTIRE map of of yours -Make the Big Shop a hub so people can teleport there with thier Shop teleport thing - Add a bunch of new tables that can fit 4 people - dont make almost everything robux - make challenges so people can earn gamepasses -Add more bundles that are like money not robux -So David if you want to get some ROBUX you can add some chairs and tables that arent as OP as the new bundles but more powerful by a bit -Cossientantly Update the game, David and Preston i know that you have worked so so so hard but i recomend that you guys a devoloper crew so you can push updates fast so more people play! I feel like there should be a like bigger price boost from the wooden set to retro and retro to modern,... With actual buffs to it instead of just making it look better to make it so that theres an actual reason why you should buy them instead of sticking to the tiki table and any chairs make it acutal mid-game. Also they should drop the gamer set's to around 25-30 million and make the royal set obtainable without robux i tink those changes would make My Restaurant to have actual mid-game
This is very agreeable. The annoying thing is that the items are now 4x the amount they were. So now if i spent like 15 dollars on the luxury silverware tray (what i believe is best for your money) and sell it for 1b i would not even be able to by 2 of anything. As of typing the chair is going for 406M with the lowest seller for 370M and the table for 380M with the lowest price of 400M. So basically i would need 12000000000 in just tables for the first floor (everybody's layout is different mine is VERY long tables then chairs around them) and a whopping 47360000000 in chairs! on 1 floor which equals to 59360000000 for 1 floor. So 9 times that is 534240000000 (i did 9 times because i left one floor for cooking) which i would need... 764 LUXUARY GOLDEN TABLES (The one i think is best) TO EVEN GET IT but its worse... it costs... 458400 ROBUX... That's 1604$ on a roblox game... and i think its much higher as it didnt say what currency and it said 440 (the amount with premium) was 1.52$ when where i am its 8$. So overall my restaurant is a greedy corp that is trying to become rich off it.
I think the auction house for only the limited like the pumpkin, snowman, corrupted set, anything that is limited. they should put the royal set back again because noone can get to late game or even mid game for that matter. They 100% ruined this game man. Half the items in the first shop reset when they removed the market, I lost so much value of a bunch of my items as they were made available in the ship again. Then when they rebooted it. It was good but every update was just a new character and tables and stuff. Then they added trading and added these crates which like this. Make everything impossible without spending actual money, and now update the game every 3-4 months which they previously promised bi-weekly updates. They shou of just left the game as it is. It was more popular when it had no updates
It would be nice to give 1 golden chair as a gift after 30 days of playing. Every 30 days 1 gift . Come up with furniture that brings more profit than royal furniture, but you can only get it as a gift from games for a few days.

I hate how hard and PTW / Pay to win My Restaurant is personally the devs (Preston) make games start off not very pay to win then out of nowhere make it nearly impossible to get far in (I am far in Pet Simulator X but that was because one of the people on my friends list gave some op pets but even then I still couldn't get past steampunk world/ tech world).
It really sucks because I feel like preston is only focusing on pet sim x right now. It is most likely because that has the most players out of his games and it makes him the most money so he only really cares about the game that makes him money. but it sucks for people that enjoy his other games.

The real source of money in my restaurant is global market. Once you learn you will be able to buy anything. I started from zero now i have 5 trillions. There’s a time to buy and time to sell. When something that cost 1000$ you can resell it for millions.

And I don't think *anybody* would spend $10 USD on a chair, and $15 USD on a table, as a total of $25 USD in a pixelated restaurant- I think My Restaurant! has really just been passed down to Roblox history. It's not really even worth your time to buy a limited for robux and sell it, because its going to take somebody crazy to spend even a million dollars on it. We need a balance update. It's insane you can buy a tip jar for 25 robux and sell it for 1M, but for 10 robux more, buy a dessert bar that will make you upwards of 6M+ if you sell it. The tip jars should be removed, to be at least worth something.
I feel Preston only added the royal stuff back so that he could make more money. And it's great that the royals aren't limited items anymore, there still 800 robux for the chair and 1,200 for the table. Lots of people dont have robux, so that means that they will never be able to buy those items, even when they aren't limited. It would be better to just maybe make then like 25,000,000 for chair, 50,000,000 for the table. It really wasn't a good idea making them robux and they are pretty hefty in price. There 100m on the market, and who could afford that? Billionaires only. I’ve personally got My Restaurant from your channel and followed your channel because of it. I was here for some fishing sim yet didn’t stick for long. My Restaurants shape right now isn’t the best and I totally believe it can blow up like pet sim x but not as popular. The only way to attract new players is by giving ftp (free to play) a chance to be as close to what a ptw (pay to win) player can get with the cost of being patient. I agree with you and I’m not a dev by any means and I think David should be able to make money off of My Restaurant, but at the end of they day there are kids playing your game and if you don’t give them a fighting chance the game could get boring which can be its down fall. It’s hard to make a game and sometimes listen to your community as a dev but I think your idea is a step in the right direction

yeah, I completely agree with you, because I played when the game came out and I grinned my heart out of my restaurant and I never got the vip tables or the chairs and I was quit sad so I think they should bring them back idc about the price as long as it is less then 100m so I can buy it! and go spam big games and say add it back

And when royal stuff came it was fun for me, trying to come up with many random ways to get enough moneyz to get them. I remember my friend having a entire floor of them. But since they became ROBUX AHEM. It was boring and i quit till 2021 winter, whrre i bought or got elf stuff i forgot
I remember when they were first in the shop. I was only able to buy a couple of full sets, but when the auction house first came out and basically failed, I got crazy rich. I was in the trillions at one point, but now I'm at 88 billion. Honestly though, the game became SUPER boring after the first week or two of feverishly watching the auction house. I came back to the game today because I saw the new Halloween update, but I soon realized it was literally identical to the old one. I came to your channel to see If you had any new videos on optimal builds for my restaurant, but I saw this. I totally agree with pretty much everything here, and I saw that you have videos about some other games that I am now checking out. 7:23 The gamer set starts off at like 950k for the chair and around 1 mil for the table however the price goes up every time you buy them.
Even 50M for a chair might be to much for a brand new player.. 2 years ago when I started playing, I recall only making around 200-500k/hr with normal chairs and tables.
Back when I was still playing on mobile, I still had to spend hours, hell even literal days worth of time leaving my tablet running just to get the 1.5m and 4.5m to afford a piece of Royal furniture... If Royals were brought back to a price ~50m, then I’d say adding more intermediate or “mid-game” items would be a good idea.
I played the day of/after My Resturant came out and I was distraught when I took a 1-2 week break snd found the Royal Chairs and Tables no longer for sale. Luckily I had been fortunate enough to obtain 1 table and 3 chairs. Now, I think 600-800 mill for a table or chair is absolutely INSANE. Adding them back in shop for a reasonable price like 100 mill is what majority of the OJ fanbase wants to see but I don't see that happening. So adding a 24 hr thing is probably devs best option.
This is a big stretch but maybe they should think about my restaurant 2 or bring every think back for cheap because my pc broke so I am on x box and after an hour I quit because it’s to hard to get a lot of money

but at this point I feel that the best thing for David and his team to do is to make 'My Restaurant 2' and restart, but this time they can learn from their mistakes in the original My Restaurant and make one of, if not the best game on ROBLOX.

ive been grinding alot and Ive gotten 88 corrupted chairs and 22 corrupted tables
its very overpowered especially with christmas tree and double profits from well, so I suggest maybe the corrupted set should genuinely stay limited

I do wish that the royal table chair/corrupted royal chair and table where like the pirate or gamer set where they start off at 500k for a royal chair and 750k for a royal table and 1.5m for the haunted chair and 2m for the haunted table, and for every one you buy the price spikes up. That should be the system instead of money hungry Preston saying "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LETS MAKE THESE 800 BOBUX FOR THE MONEY".

Yeah, and the only other way to get royal stuff (I did this) was just invest all your money into limiteds, and then sell those limiteds to buy more limiteds, which creates a snowballing affect and can make billions. Btw this is almost more OP than royal stuff, in terms of profits.
I feel like this update is not bad but also not good as well because the limited items are all back but costs robux not only that but the content of the game is still none there's no progressing into further once you maxed I personally think the game will be better if they added a new mechanic called perks which you can make up your own strategy to make even more money with the perks like 50% more money from tips or double costomers but 20% less cash or even 40 % more cash but chairs and tables are 10 % more expensive I think that's the only way too make the game more enjoyable and possibly be active again

On the market I saw 10 royal chairs for only 70M I was like wow but that did not last long untill they dropped back to 130M
Also some ideas for David
-Completely remove the haunted chairs (so they can go up in value) and also maybe royal chairs so that the old fashion stuff are rare too
- add more floors i mean sometimes when i do my layouts 10 floors is really cool when you try to get to it but when you get it you want more stuff like 11,12,13,14,15 or 20 floors you just want to keep grinding and also make it so that if you reach the 10th floor you get a board that shows you which direction or which way you wanna expand your restaurant.
- Make it so that people live is different cities but you dont have to add the buildings i just want it so that you can visit a persons restaurant buy like teleporting to a different city or counrtry something like that so your restaurant can be the ENTIRE map of of yours
-Make the Big Shop a hub so people can teleport there with thier Shop teleport thing
- Add a bunch of new tables that can fit 4 people
- dont make almost everything robux
- make challenges so people can earn gamepasses
-Add more bundles that are like money not robux
-So David if you want to get some ROBUX you can add some chairs and tables that arent as OP as the new bundles but more powerful by a bit
-Cossientantly Update the game, David and Preston i know that you have worked so so so hard but i recomend that you guys a devoloper crew so you can push updates fast so more people play!
I obiously have more ideas but those are the ideas i really really want David and Preston to do so people can have more fun in my restaurant!

I feel like there should be a like bigger price boost from the wooden set to retro and retro to modern,... With actual buffs to it instead of just making it look better to make it so that theres an actual reason why you should buy them instead of sticking to the tiki table and any chairs make it acutal mid-game.
Also they should drop the gamer set's to around 25-30 million and make the royal set obtainable without robux i tink those changes would make My Restaurant to have actual mid-game

This is very agreeable. The annoying thing is that the items are now 4x the amount they were. So now if i spent like 15 dollars on the luxury silverware tray (what i believe is best for your money) and sell it for 1b i would not even be able to by 2 of anything. As of typing the chair is going for 406M with the lowest seller for 370M and the table for 380M with the lowest price of 400M. So basically i would need 12000000000 in just tables for the first floor (everybody's layout is different mine is VERY long tables then chairs around them) and a whopping 47360000000 in chairs! on 1 floor which equals to 59360000000 for 1 floor. So 9 times that is 534240000000 (i did 9 times because i left one floor for cooking) which i would need... 764 LUXUARY GOLDEN TABLES (The one i think is best) TO EVEN GET IT but its worse... it costs... 458400 ROBUX... That's 1604$ on a roblox game... and i think its much higher as it didnt say what currency and it said 440 (the amount with premium) was 1.52$ when where i am its 8$. So overall my restaurant is a greedy corp that is trying to become rich off it.

They could make like a CEO set or a Star set. That is better then the TH-camr but gets you closer to affording royal.
I think the auction house for only the limited like the pumpkin, snowman, corrupted set, anything that is limited. they should put the royal set back again because noone can get to late game or even mid game for that matter. I agree what they have do about the royal set to be a limited long time ago but some update have a new item or limited, there so expensive for new player and for mid player.
Btw it’s weird bc the royal chair and table are as much robux as the corrupt royal chair and table, and in the market the corrupt is worth more
They should add a new set and a new customer that is literally OP, and that should lower the royal chairs and tables to a reasonable price. They should also add like a 'mid game' set that isnt too cheap but isnt too expensive which makes you money.

They 100% ruined this game man. Half the items in the first shop reset when they removed the market, I lost so much value of a bunch of my items as they were made available in the ship again. Then when they rebooted it. It was good but every update was just a new character and tables and stuff. Then they added trading and added these crates which like this. Make everything impossible without spending actual money, and now update the game every 3-4 months which they previously promised bi-weekly updates. They shou of just left the game as it is. It was more popular when it had no updates
It would be nice to give 1 golden chair as a gift after 30 days of playing. Every 30 days 1 gift . Come up with furniture that brings more profit than royal furniture, but you can only get it as a gift from games for a few days.

My restaurant is beast in roblox because i download roblox for my restaurant only and i play all the time but updates are coming very very late and...for new players game is too hard...so please update tha game and make game easy for new players...please...don't get me wrong

I hate how hard and PTW / Pay to win My Restaurant is personally the devs (Preston) make games start off not very pay to win then out of nowhere make it nearly impossible to get far in (I am far in Pet Simulator X but that was because one of the people on my friends list gave some op pets but even then I still couldn't get past steampunk world/ tech world).

It really sucks because I feel like preston is only focusing on pet sim x right now. It is most likely because that has the most players out of his games and it makes him the most money so he only really cares about the game that makes him money. but it sucks for people that enjoy his other games.

The real source of money in my restaurant is global market. Once you learn you will be able to buy anything. I started from zero now i have 5 trillions. There’s a time to buy and time to sell. When something that cost 1000$ you can resell it for millions.
