Those are the most common hindrances that anyone can face when they work with heavy equipment.
I've worked in multiple sites as a mechanical engineer and I know how much effort is required to unload and place them on pedestals or just to shift in under-construction sites.
It requires multiple vehicles like forklift, crane or hydra and more than enough manpower to shift them.
It shows they feel the work they do is so hard and when you visit heavy industries or plants, you'll get to know how things work.

How does businesses build so much infrastructure on rented lands like in your case as we already know acquiring/purchasing such large land can empty your pockets but how does businesses ensure that there business will not get impacted and will keep running even after the rental agreement tenure is completed. 10 yr 20 yr etc..
