    1:26 Wow, those straight front deltoid raises look like an excellent exercise! He’s working all portions of the delt muscles at the same time; the front, middle, and back.

    Here is the written down plan if anyone needs it. @Sadik Hadzovic, hope it is OK.
    Day 1: Chest
    Incline Chest Press: (4 sets total, 10 reps in first set and 6 reps in the following 3 sets)
    Incline Fly: (3 sets 10 reps) hold contraction for 2 seconds
    Barbell Chest Press: (4 sets 8 reps) hold contraction for 2 seconds
    Pectoral Fly Machine: (3 sets 15 reps) take 3 seconds on the negative
    Decline DB Press: (2 sets slow 10 reps) take 2 seconds on concentric and 3 seconds on negative
    Day 2: Shoulders
    Seated Military Press: (3 sets 8 reps)
    Barbell Upright Row: (3 sets 10 reps)
    Straight Front Deltoid Raises: (3 sets 12 reps)
    Single-Arm DB Side Raises: (3 sets 15 reps) hold top contraction for 2 seconds
    Rear Delt Machine: (3 sets 15 reps) take 3 seconds on the negative
    Day 3: Back
    Straight-Arm Lat Pulldown: (3 sets 5 reps)
    Seated Lat Pulldown: (4 sets 8 reps)
    DB Row Pull: (3 sets 8 reps)
    Seated Cable Row: (3 sets 12 reps) hold contracted position 2 seconds and take 3 seconds on the negative
    Machine Row: (3 sets 12 reps)
    Day 4: Arms
    DB Bicep Curls: (4 sets 8 reps) hold contraction for 2 seconds
    Seated Tricep Extension: (4 sets 10 reps) hold contraction for 2 seconds
    Preacher Curl: (3 sets 12 reps) hold contraction for 3 seconds
    Straight-Back tricep Pushdown: (3 sets 15 reps)
    Skull Crushers: (3 sets 10 reps)
    Day 5: Legs
    Leg extension: (4 sets 25 reps) hold contraction for 2 seconds
    Barbell Front Squat: (4 sets 6 reps)

      exactly. Dorian (quote me if im wrong) has stated recently how heavy weights did nothing but promote injury for the same gains. Poor Ronnie is also beaten up with crazy weight and interesting form (not to knock the legend!)

      Of course classic look at this late to waist ratio we don’t wanna waste that with those dance moves they do in men’s. We wanna see a large flare in classic.. Sadik is top 5 material all day

    for beginners, I will say do less sets and take 1 day break in between. otherwise, body will be totally exhausted and going to college or doing office job will be really tough. Mon: Biceps/Triceps; Wed: Legs/Chest; Fri: Back/Shoulder type of 2 muscles a day also works well. Start with 5 minutes of cardio on treadmill or stationary cycle/cross-trainer etc. to avoid injuries.

    Thank you for sharing! This feels very doable. But. Aren’t we missing abs/core? How and when?
    Plus. A small tip/idea i’m trying out is to not really have leg days. Just do 1 leg excersize each day.

    It's kind of pointless to smoke your shoulders the very next day after doing chest isnt it? I had shoulder day after my chest day and switched to put about 3 days between the 2 and my shoulders blew up!

    Do you pick this split for enjoyment? I've always liked this split but its deemed as ineffective because of the low frequency. Everything states to hit each muscle twice per week. I dont enjoy it, but dont want to waste my time?... Thanks
