    What position does Nebraska need immediate help at more, WR or D-Line?! I’m biased, but I’d actually argue D-Line. CarrikerChronicles.com

      Totally agree! We need to bring in some beef to replace a depleted room. Regardless of scheme, defense starts upfront in the trenches.

    I could be wrong, but I think Jaylen Lloyd is a core guy we need to keep. He showed what he could do his freshman year, and seemed to get ignored this year. Guys who can stretch the field the way he can are hard to find.

    If you look back at when Nebraska had consistently “good seasons” was when Pelini was still in the HC position here. Offensive Line and Defensive Line was always stacked tough SOBs. OLB were killer. We’ve gotten too far away from the BASE of a football team. You can have as many position players as you want but they won’t do anything without the backbone of a football squad.
    As Big 12 defensive lineman of the year in 2006, 2 first team big all Big 12 inductions, 7 years in the NFL you know that more than anybody in these comments. I’m surprised you haven’t been considered in the running for any of these DL positions. (Maybe you have).
    We need somebody like you who understands what the nebraska football brotherhood has been built on and where the original success came from. Sure it won’t be exactly the same offensive scheme wise, but the dedication and willingness to buy in to the program and be great has been missing for years.
    If you have time I’d love to hear your take on all of that. Thanks for the great videos as always.

    Im not even going to try to answer 1 and 2. It's crazy, so that's why i watch all your videos, Adam. I think HH should be on your core list, though. He's as loyal as they come. Really hope Dana uses him more.

    I didn’t hear you talk about a center, although you did mention a long snapper. Nebraska needs both.

    CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM: You take WAY TOO LONG to get to the topic. In today's video, it wasn't until 2:33 into the video that you got the formalities out of the way and started talking about the substance. Time is at a premium. We don't have 2 1/2 minutes of a lead in. GET TO THE POINT. When we read the title to your video, we get it. We are here because we read the title. No need to explan what you video is going to be about. I freaking love your passion, but you take FOREVER. It's like a musical artist putting out an 8-minute song. Brotha, trim the fat. Cut your broadcasts in half. They will be much more enjoyable.

    You and I will always disagree with Dylan being anywhere close to a good player. I love your channel but I'm not going to rag you down because you like Dylan and I do not. My reasons for not liking him before the spring game even started. He's not a leader because he's Patrick's mini me, he can't run the ball to save his life, and is throwing ability is average at best. I've always called him the liability and he's proven me right. Harberg if I'm spelling his name right is better in my opinion. But I promise you this. When not if but when we get a quarterback like touchdown Tommy Frazier or one of the Martinez brothers I promise you no one's going to argue that Dylan should sit down and stay put and let her real quarterback play.

    • @carrikerchronicles90
      @carrikerchronicles90  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I understand. I simply think he has great talent (that’s obviously not a revolution take), but how much he improves & develops going forward, will ultimately determine how good he is or isn’t, in his college career. Having talent is awesome, what he does with it over time, is what matters the most. He was asked to do a lot as a freshman, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Going forward, the expectations for him are much higher. That’s all 👍

    • @jamesstiver5368
      @jamesstiver5368 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I felt DR was up and down all year and I too had my doubts at times but to bash a kid who was just out of highschool is uncalled for. Some things you said I can agree with but to call a kid who has the ability to throw a fb 70 yards in the air an average passer is just wrong. Look what he had to work with last year much less the pressure he was under. I think you will see a big difference in 25 when he gets more experience! I'd like to know what makes you an authority on him? I also like a dual threat qb but for now we have a talented 5* qb who is a pocket passer. So we need a OL that can help him.
