Good to see Cricket growing in China. I think you should always start with Underarm Bowling like when you'd teach kids. Once they're comfortable facing Underarm Bowling they can move on to Overarm Bowling. Same with Bowlers, they should learn to keep their arms straight before Bowling Overarm, till then it should be fine for them to enjoy Underarm Cricket learning how to Spin the Ball while Bowling.
