btw corruption for affliction warlocks does't roll with spell power, it gets updated each time it gets refreshed with shadow bolt or haunt or drain soul... only buffs that snapshot are dmg amp like tricks and t10 proc and crit
I done tonnes of researching and testing regarding this. Up until 3.3 (according to my research) spell power was snapshotted. I can’t find the change in documented or undocumented patch notes but some say it was changed to how it is on trinity core (aka private servers) in 4.0 others say 3.3.5 so I don’t know how it’s gonna be I’m just hopeful it will snapshot spellpower, here is a great breakdown of what I’m talking about cynwise.wordpress.com/2011/11/18/how-warlock-dots-work-in-cataclysm-part-ii-dot-refreshing-proc-stacking-and-getting-your-warlock-black-belt/ I have another one I’ll post here later showing the refresh of dots for locks and spriest stopped using spell power in 3.3.5a. I still could be wrong but I’m not going off of private servers for things like this because I remember abusing snap shotting on my priest back in the day but just can’t remember what patch
@@krexolsen3692 I know…like I said above, “up until 3.3 spell power was snapshotted” according to this article it was changed in 3.3.5 but I can’t see it in any patch notes but I have found the change in a 4.0 patch recap video from 2010. I don’t just find one source like the one linked and take it as gospel, especially when it’s not an official blizzard post.
Curious what level tailoring do I need to learn the northrend tailoring, is it 350?
Don't sleep on nets! If you do BG's at all, you can net a cloaked rogue and wait out the immunity in safety!

so to put it simple - Gloves and Chest can be bought.
Bags can be bought for 1200g in shattrath (and there will be a better version for 24 slots for gold)
The only reason a player (in reality) is leveling tailoring - is to have a unique mount carpet and the cloak enchant.
I will stick to Enchanting + Engineering, thanks.

going to have handful of lvl 70 alts with tailoring for the cloth CDs to make bags for banks and alts i dont care as much about, but will be buying the 24 slot bags over the tailoring 22 slot ones, think they are 22

Defo can work mate but I’d recommend getting engineering in there, the haste on gloves especially with how long starfire casts are is amazing

what is better for passive goldmaking - tailoring or mining?
Dead reply but for other people, mining is okay, slower but more passive cause you’re likely to mine while questing. Tailoring is more profitable, but it isn’t very passive, here and there while levelling but unless you farm a bit you won’t make steady income. Ultimately depends on how “passive” you want it, for least involvement just mining and herbalism, if you want a bit more involvement tailoring and enchanting.
(You don’t have gathering alts to do non-synergistic combos combinations of course)

Tailoring has been my most profitable profession as a passive gold source I think since spellcloth gear still for some reason sells for 900g+

I use eng/ta on cat ye eng/jc or blacksmith is better for pve by maybe a little little bit but nets in pvp omg + proc 400 attack power on rip on opener easy 1vs2 1vs3

Scott if a wotlk plus would be a thing what would you add mythic plus, new mechanics, trasmong, class updates retaillike whats is your stance on something like this would you be interested in playing a Wotlk plus?
I would personally prefer a classic plus because I just think there is a lot more scope and such a massive world to utilise, if they somehow didn’t make all the relevant content at max level only revolving around northrend it could work and I’d love to see mythic plus, a boosted difficulty for raids, all older raids like MC etc all scaled to 10 and 25 man to keep them relevant and ultimately just have a tonne of stuff to raid, even if all they gave was emblems or maybe some unique currency to spend on some special mounts or something, not necessarily items that increase player power. And one thing I would absolutely love is instanced player housing!
@@Scottejaye Damm I didn't even thought on upgrading classic there's so much story to be explored that we just skip , starting with classic is much better. Maybe you should make a video about it, seems like cool content "my ideas on classic plus" " tbc plus" I really liked your take on characters shared across servers that would actually be cool making players able to play whatever expansion they enjoy, you should keep doing videos that show your new and fresh ideas to make the game better maybe even blizzard doesn't do it warmane could do it.

How on demand are the speciality cloths in wotlk compared to tbc? I have two alts with tailoring (one spellfire one mooncloth) and selling those cloths on cooldown has helped me do some decent passive income. Got another 70 with an empty proffession slot, and been thinking of rollingn tailoring on him. Will it be worth it just for that passive income?
All professions has a “set” lvl 78 blue, very very good. Tailoring, leather, smith… craft sets for lvl 78 very good for start pvp and raid of 80
