I have two of the single unit Silesia flat grills I use at home and absolutely love making sandwiches and paninis on them. It's pretty fast and easy to clean, but they sure are heavy to have to move and store.

Morning. Just a quick response to your comments. I am mighty pleased that you use the grill units and enjoy the benefits they bring to your household. I would say that the single grills weigh 15kgs and the double units weigh 27kgs. In comparison to many other model/makes of grill units they are really light this is due to their cooking surfaces being aluminium rather than porous iron or steel plates which wear out and have many issues with the pores opening and closing on the grill surfaces while in use. What is you favourite product to produce/cook.

Contact Grill Cooking is definitely the best way forward and one of the most healthiest ways to produce a huge range of product lines, take a look at the Velox 25 second Omelette. th-cam.com/video/wWbsicc7yRc/w-d-xo.html "Seeing is Believing."!!

Buns are too cold. They need warming up for 30 seconds. I can make a much better burger with melted cheese grilled onions and warm bun.

You are most likely correct. this film i produced several years ago and with lots of help and advice from supporters i have now been able to make my presentation far more presentable and the burger items are produced along side french fries which is also a very quick product to produce on the grill unit without the use of adding oil have a look if you find time.

the buns can easily be heated on the grill and lightly toasted as many of our existing customers do this on a daily basis.

    How thick are the burgers

Burgers used will of been quarter pound burgers. But it is about the depth and make up of the burger and the searing speed achievable with the grill that locks in the vital grams of fat producing a full flavour and tasty burger with minimal in many cases non visual shrinkage

You know how I know this guy aint a chef; it's because of the fact that his meat-bun ratio is atrocious. He could have made those Burger patties twice as wide, and they would have actually fit the Burger buns, but they are more like sliders. The joy of eating is as much about flavor as it is texture and ratios. Case and point, the double Patty requires you to either smash the burger into oblivion to eat it, or to unhinge your jaw.

Do not take any advice from a guy that gets his burgers from a tin instead of making his own paddies from scratch.

Making your own is definitely the way forward pork and chirizo with red onion work a treat. Just add 1 large egg to help bind with approx 500g of mince. To make the burgers even hotter and a few pieces of chopped chilli peppers. The colours also look amazing when you bite into the burger. Tinned burgers are horrible I still today wonder how someone ever came up with the concept of tinned burgers.
