Looks nice! Did you notice any changes in oil pressure?

So unfortunately I did not have an oil pressure gauge before the install so I cannot say. I imagine any pressure drop would only be a few psi, especially since the thermostatic model bypasses the cooler until the oil warms up quite a bit

I also installed MISHIMOTO oil cooler in my STI, my engine is EJ207 version 10, oil grade 5W40, before installing the oil cooler, the oil pressure at idle is 4Bar when the oil temperature is 90°, after installing it, the oil pressure is reduced to 2Bar. 10,000 kilometres have been driven, and the engine is in good condition. MISHIMOTO's oil cooler can effectively control the oil temperature. But it can't avoid the loss of oil pressure.

It's their 2 row design, without the integrated oil cooler

Your car has a stock 5 speed on your 500hp wrx how?

It finally blew up! It held that power level for 2 years and I would launch it, flat shift, and give it hell 100% of the time. I had a set of Moore performance blast plates on it which claim to hold the case together better and keep the trans intact, but I knew it was going to go eventually.
I have a 6 speed on the way so I won't need to worry about it anymore.

Thankfully no it has never leaked. I did double check that all of the pre-assembled hose ends and fittings were tight before running it. I'll keep an eye on everything though, I didn't know they had issues with that
