But antagonist is used, in this instance, for someone who made things harder than necessary, which Byakuya, Nagito, and Kokichi definitely did. If they withheld information, intentionally distracted the group, and/or were a jerk in the middle of a trial for no reason, they get that title. Maybe not the main antag, but definitely a side antag, if that makes sense.
