I get around the same fps I have a 6400t @ 4.4ghz and a gtx 1070, it bottlenecks so bad on directx12 so I decided to get a i7 7820x 8 core 16 thread cpu
@@PCFlippingBenchmarks yeah I had it on a Lenovo mini pc I use to have and decided to use that one temporarily on my 1151 build, than later I realized I was still limited since it was a z270 board and only supported up to 7th gen processors
1660Ti and 1070 perform about the same... 1660Ti being a bit better. You'll experience the same fps, about maybe a little less when put under higher load.
@cap_x10 yeah i know that but it keep crashing and i want it not only to play but also to create things like photoshop and recording "with mic" cuz i wanna make videos but xbox cant record with mic that annoys me so bad

Yeah, the T series CPU's are for less power consumption, usually limiting fps. Getting the i7 helps with FPS far better!

could you do intel i5 6400 3.2 ghz OC with gtx 1070 on performance mode and directx 12 or 11

i got the i7 6400 6 gen with a 4060 ti i get stable 240 fps
i7 6700 , but i really doubt anything you say is true . Then my i7 14700 should be getting a stable 1000 fps
