No. People who are unrepentantly, purposely cruel to animals and children will not be allowed to come back to life. Their deaths will be permanent. People who are rescuers of animals or are otherwise good to them have the hope of living on the earth forever, never to worry again about having to rescue any animals.

Abandoning a dog like that, esp a senior dog, is just evil, I don't care what their previous owners' circumstances were. They could have found a place to take her.
Their previous owner is likely dead. Probably in that cemetery. And the relatives just don't care.

Oh yes it is awful! There is a lot of bad people now in days. If they don't want the dog anymore just cause it's old, stupid reason anyways then they should give it to a good loving home or a no kill shelter. Not just dump it off! Luckily Hope for Paws to the rescue!

This was such a sad beginning. Brought tears to my eyes. How can anyone dump an old animal or any animal. Thait is just so heartless and cruel. Truly heartbreaking!
My daughter adopted a golden oldie a year ago today - he's 14 and an absolute joy. His owner had to go into a nursing home and the uncaring family members who said they would look after him promptly dumped him at a shelter. Yes, we may have him for a shorter time compared to getting a puppy but he's given us so much love, it will last us a life time. Please don't overlook the seniors they are amazing companions!
My neighbor died and her family was going to put her adult cat into the Humane Society. I took Penny, but she hated other cats, and I had several. Then I found out that Penny was FIV+. Eventually I took her to Feline Rescue in St Paul, MN, a no-kill shelter, where Penny made friends with another FIV+ cat (amazingly), and a kind lady adopted them both. Happy ending!
That's what I'm afraid will happen. I wanna leave money in the trust for my cats but what if the people just take the money and then dump the cat's.

I have had old dogs and know how vulnerable they become...I am tearing up thinking of the intense fear, confusion, and saddness that poor little thing was feeling. EVIL human who did that to her!!!

Yes your right the place some people abandon their parents to are "old age homes" where you can drop them off and forget about them. I took care of my father for the last 3 years of his life at times it was difficult but now that I look back it was worth it!

I am so sadden by the fact that someone would abandon their very elderly dog. Dogs are family members. I'm super happy there are people like Hope For Paws around and I have no problem donating on a regular basis.
She was probably pretty dehydrated, when they found her. I‘ve experienced that with all of my pets, when they got older and didn’t drink enough, they acted confused. Thanks for rescuing her!

Their brains were dehydrated too. When we might feel drowsy at around 2:00, our body needs liquid - coffee, tea, cola, water. Y’all accomplished a beautiful rescue. I was scared about the coyotes.

Thank you for going the extra mile in rescuing animals! Taking them straight for vet care, baths, etc. really shows how much you care about them! And then making sure they go to good homes.

I have actually heard of people that actually admitted they got rid of their dog JUST BECAUSE they were old. Those people should NEVER be allowed to adopt another pet of any kind. You never loved them when they were young OR you would ALSO love them when they get old!!

We carried two wonderful pooches to their end, and we loved them every moment that we could. I would never abandon my pets. I can't even imagine the sadness.

I adopted 3- 13 yo from a shelter. They came from a horder and no one wanted them. They are the sweetest and gentlest little dogs I've ever known.
