জি সিরিজ অবৈধভাবে শিরোনামহীনের গান নানা মাধ্যমে ব্যবহার করছে | জিয়া | শিরোনামহীন | হক ফারুক

দেশের প্রথম সারির অন্যতম জনপ্রিয় ব্যান্ড শিরোনামহীন ব্যান্ডের দলনেতা, বেজিস্ট, কম্পোজার ও গীতিকার জিয়াউর রহমান অভিযোগ করেছেন, অডিও প্রযোজনা প্রতিষ্ঠান জি সিরিজ অবৈধভাবে তাদের গান ইউটিউবসহ নানা ডিজিটাল ও অন্যান্য মাধ্যমে ব্যবহার করছে। তাদের প্রথম তিনটি অ্যালবামের গান ইউটিউবসহ নানা মাধ্যমে ব্যবহার করে জি সিরিজ যে আয় করেছেন তা থেকে শিরোনমাহীনকে কেনো রয়্যালিটি দেয় নি। সুবিচার পেতে তারা দুর্নীতি দমন কমিশনে অভিযোগ করেছেন। গানের স্বত্বাধিকার শিরোনামহীনের হওয়া সত্ত্বেও তারা তাদের প্রাপ্য থেকে বঞ্চিত হচ্ছে। Exclusive সাক্ষাৎকারে জিয়া পুরো বিষয়গুলো বিশদভাবে তুলে ধরেছেন।

The copyright Certificate is the Term card. As long you have it, your licensor or Music Right Management Company can forcely takedown G-series's releases on TH-cam and everywhere. Distribution company like Believe or Ditto or Tune core will not be involved in this as they do not have authority.

Okay, new thing learned. then what is the solutions in the case of BD music?

@@haquefaruk same rules apply in Bangladesh. Feedback, Maqssod o Dhaka and many more Artists/ Bands are our clients and we have transfer ownership from G-Series. Distribution company like Believe or cdbaby do not have the power where Music Rights management Company like us works as Attorney for Songwriters.

As far I know, G Series was not only distributor. They also producer of those album. That's why shironamhin was paid from G series. If only distributor G series doesn't pay studio payment. I think there were some loop hole. As far I know bacchu vai make his all the copy right because his contact was distribution mode. I think shironamhin should put a lawyer in this case.
