i like the tip abt introducing fibers slowly or else instead of flattening you, it will bloat you! im always bloated so its great you take the time to give more explanation! and just to tie in with your last video when you were worrying of doing too long videos but not being able to give all the info, i'd be even happy watching these videos longer personally :) xoxo

Katie, can you share what plant based protein? Where do you buy it? Mine is sunwarrior protein chocolate. It's organic fermented pea, hemp, goji berry, dutch coco, MCT oil, sea salt, organic stevia. 25 grams protein. Sometimes it bothers my stomy

I have started making my own veggie broth with leftover vegetables that I don't use. Just put them in a freezer bag until a big freezer bag is full. I don't feel as bad anymore about non-used scraps.

For removing onion skin I definitely recommend cutting it first! That way you can pull the outer layers apart from one another.

Barista milk is bad? I use the Califia Barista Blend Oatmilk in my coffee daily. It does have a little bit of sugar but it's not added, it's from when the oats are made into the milk.

Onion tip: cut off ends , then cut onion in half makes it way easier to peel
I only cut off the roots end and then cut in half and peel. It makes it easier to cut because you can hold the other end while cutting.

When you’re plant based is it just vegetarian? Or was the sour cream dairy free?
There is dairy free sour cream. But plant based is closer to being vegan (it is avoiding almost all or all animal products)

Omg, peeling the onions isn’t as bad as the fumes they unleash to sabotage my eyes...🧅 ...every...stinkin’....time! 👀 I’ve tried cutting them in a tub of water. I’ve tried peeling the outer layer carefully, and then the fumes attack me! I’ve tried the trick of blowing a fan on it while wearing work goggles and a pollen filter mask...the tears still come! 😅 I’m seriously going to order onion goggles from Amazon (yes, they’re a thing! 😂)! Or let The Hubs do onion duty from now on (they don’t bother him)! Thanks for sharing what you eat in a day! Gives me inspo and love your office! 😍
They always get my eyes too!
The two tips that I've read that work best (I have yet to try, but apparently chefs swear by it) is to put the onion in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting and to not cut off the root end...this is apparently where most of the juices that form the gas are.
Oats, couscous, legumes...these are foods that bloat me badly 😢 I've tried introducing fiber more slowly, but nope.
Sorry to hear that! Those can be tough on the stomach for some people!
I felt like no matter what I ate everything was bloating me. I do have a sluggish digestive system due to hypothyroidism. I started taking Love Wellness Bye Bye Bloat at night and I feel soooo much better less bloating for sure!

What I eat in a day video's that involve hello fresh or others are really disappointing.
Why is that?
Hello fresh uses sooo much waist. None of the ingredients are organic… all GMO. What happened to making good on your own? I know they pay you tubers $$$ to partner with them. Whatever floats your boat I like your videos regardless.
It has nothing to do with money, I like the product. The boxes are made to help people get started eating better, to make it easy to take that step. Of course I love and prefer organic foods, but that's not always feasible for everyone anyways.
