I was there 10 years ago. Lasted 3 years. Don’t pull the trigger! Life has gotten so good. My depression is gone and my career is thriving. My family is healthy and happy. Life is an opportunity. Your depression is your teacher. Be blessed, it will be over soon! Get your sleep on a schedule. Get good sunlight and exercise. Find ways to laugh. Find encouraging people to be around. Pray for a strong mentor. Then be confident it will all come at the right time. Practice thankfulness daily. Life was so terrible and seemed impossible. Now it is abundant and overwhelmingly good!

He used to be an alcoholic before he got saved and has been free for years but recently slipped up and made a bad decision. God’s abundant mercy was poured out on him when he first got arrested but now he has a hearing and is frightened to go to prison.I’m also kind of struggling to not get completely distraught by the idea of him going to prison and the effect that could have on my family.

Thank you! Last night I couldn’t sleep, even with sleeping pills. I was very upset and agitated about an upcoming hard event. My husband and I prayed for God’s help. Eventually I opened TH-cam because I’d given up. Your video was there at the top of my feed. It was truly an answer to my prayers. While I had tried other scriptural sleep videos to no avail in the past, I knew this one was there for me to find by divine providence. After turning it on I fell asleep quickly and slept for several hours. Thank you!

Let's understand that God has made it clear. If you love me keep my commandments. By doing this we also protect ourselves in ways that we don't even yet understand/ for example...in growing up as a young adult when my peers drank or smoke or even was promiscu I personally didn't get involved because God's word said my body is God's temple..so I am not my own to behave self is and now as a middle age person I can look back now and see. Thank you! Last night I couldn’t sleep, even with sleeping pills. I was very upset and agitated about an upcoming hard event. My husband and I prayed for God’s help. Eventually I opened TH-cam because I’d given up. Your video was there at the top of my feed. It was truly an answer to my prayers. While I had tried other scriptural sleep videos to no avail in the past, I knew this one was there for me to find by divine providence. After turning it on I fell asleep quickly and slept for several hours. Thank you!
