Marcus Intalex's sudden passing on 28th May 2017 has rocked the Drum & Bass world to its core. A true visionary and master of Drum & Bass, Marcus will be sorely missed and his music forever celebrated. 'Da Intalex' last played in Dubai for Globalfunk vs Bassworx in April 2017, and we have all been incredibly saddened by the news. To celebrate Marcus' life and music, Bassworx resident Woodle has put together this 3 hour mix featuring 78 tracks, collaborations and remixes.
The mix begins with LSB and DRS's 'Angels Fall'. The track was released in the days after Marcus' death to help raise money for his family and assist with funeral arrangements. If you would to get involved or donate to the Marcus Intalex Music Foundation, head to www.mi-mf.com

After his death, when I started to listen to the tribute mixes I realized that he was like in top 5 my favorite producers ever, I had loved so many of his tunes not even realizing that he made them.. Legend
3 hours of pure bliss, everything this man touch turned into gold, there's a massive hole left in the dnb community now that Marcus isn't here anymore but my god did he leave a legacy behind him 💙
He was running a successful Label....was out there almost every weekend representing the music on clubs all over the Planet AND....Look at the tracklist of this mix....he also put in hours and hours of studio time releasing on some of the finest Labels like Metalheadz Records.
Definitely one of the greatest to grace the Scene. Glad i got to see and talk to him years ago at the Icon Club in Berlin, Germany.... Metalheadz Night.

This mix is unreal. Seriously a great job. The mix and transition into Temperance had me feeling something I haven't felt from DNB in a very long time
But - does monetization really need to be turned on for this? Why? Having this great mix you did, a tribute mix at that, being interrupted with ads is crazy.
Let me know how much you've made from monetizing this and I'll paypal you at least 2x minimum, maybe more, to disable monetization. Monetization on 10k views a year over 6 years really can't be worth cheapening this mix with all of the ads

Thank you ❤️ Safe to say I've never made a penny from all of TH-cam's ads, and have tried and failed to remove them. I've followed guidelines to turn them off, but apparently if TH-cam detects copyrighted material they serve the adverts whatever the settings, which for a long mix is massively annoying.
