Been trying to learn Korean and the sentence order, while at first you think wouldn't be an issue, but it causes a lot of translation difficulty. Chinese being Subject Object Verb is such a relief. Plus Korean doesn't use explicit pronouns much. This does. Much easier for the English speaker mind to understand.
I became fluent in Chinese faster than Korean tbh.
Oh dear.. I actually need to learn Korea faster than chinese although chinese is much more relevant to me. People always misunderstood me as a chinese. So I have to learn how to pretend that I’m a chinese or sometimes Korean.

Haha, same! I not only learn to understand the dramas I watch but I am teaching myself to be patient when it comes to learning anything. I am always eager to learn but I have no patient when it comes to processing and progressing. I just want to get there. But I must understand that there is PATIENT, HARD WORK to success.
