- It's about time I started adding more modifications to the scooter! Recently I purchased a new carburetor, chain sprocket, and new chain because all of those together are supposed to nudge this scooter to 30 MPH if everything is tuned correctly, the links to all of these parts are down below:

Thanks for the new upload. I guess it's hard to tell which new component made what difference so for just around $20 I'll order the carb next. Thanks again
No problem it's been a long time coming, it's been too hot outside I hate summer. Definitely the carburetor made a huge difference but the smaller sprocket is supposed to increase the top speed by 2 to 5 which it definitely did!
THANK YOU for this cool & informative video my friend.
YOU ROCK! 🙌
Please keep'em coming.
Do let us know when you're finally able to break the speed barrier at Mach 30 haha. 👌😁✌🤙
I'm trying real hard to break that 30 lol, next step may have to be a big bore kit but I don't want to ruin the engine. I'm going to keep trying to tune the carburetors air/fuel delivery.
Just bought a used blaze 49cc. Just like yours, the gear box is on its last leg, unfortunately just ordered a alvery tech one
Awesome work. I just bought the carburetor, I plan on using the stock airbox as I drive my scooter in the rain, lots of good tips thank you!
I actually ended up switching back to the stock air box instead of the cold air intake, my scooter started bogging backfiring and acting weird with the cold air filter, stock air box is back on mine with he upgraded carb and it runs amazing. I'll have a video about all of that coming out soon
Got a gx50 Amazon it's a clone but works broke my arm had to get parts from that guy is races screwing up my order on purpose and not calling back

keep up the good vids man
I am trying my best!
Another great informative video, thank you. One more question... When I take the double male ended screws out to put longer ones in for the performance air filter is it ok to grab onto them with vice grips or something like that?
This guy is so cool
The coolest around.
Great video
Thank you I appreciate the support.
@@nwsights6301 your welcome 🤗
I gitting a 30 mm Intake boost but I think I will use to make a exuast Braket plug off the whole but that's of it 30mm mounting holes if it's 40mm the scooter x tourq box will work
Would you mind tellling me what adjustments you made with that carburetor. I got everything u listed and went from 20 to 23 but just trying to figure out what you did to get it to 29
So with the carburetor to adjust it you want to turn the side adjustment screw in all the way then back it out 3 full turns and start from there, run the scooter and if it bogs down or stalls when you add throttle, you'll need to turn the screw either a half turn in, or a half turn out, keep doing that until you find it's sweet spot it takes time and a lot of patience. Start with that screw first before touching the top screw, the top screw controls your top end speed don't turn the top screw in, leave it how it came and do half turn adjustments either in or out on the top screw until it runs good and has more top end speed.
Is there any known mod to convert the motor to electric start? Also do you plan on adding lights to the scooter?
I've seen videos online of people adding electronic start to their scooters like this but for this one specifically I'm not sure. Would have to probably be a completely custom mod. I added a headlight and taillight to it just some rechargeable clamp on ones from Amazon
I used the filter and ad the mount but melted it to just to get the inserts and it worked hopefully I can get a video motor was built to a 69 cc with my friend s Bridgeport
Nice! Since I put this video out I've actually purchased the 2 stroke version of this scooter, still doing some tuning on it but the thing is quick.
changing the exhaust muffler helps lots, other thing that awake an engine it´s porting it
That's been on my list is swapping the muffler but the way this engine is designed it's hard to find a after market one that will work/fit on it.
@@nwsights6301 mmm i understand that, the way to go it´s with a "header" copy the form of the exahust port on a metal sheet then weld on it a pipe a wide one to let the engine breath easy, it´s a bit tedious but worth it, also if you can change the carburetor for a walbro one it´s a good mod, ofc need to be adjusted with the screws but it´s really a gain that carburetor paired with the high flow exhaust, thanks for respond ^^
@@FIERCEHUSKY It actuality has a walboro on it now and it helped a ton over the stock carb it had. I've been looking in to a welder as well thanks for sharing the ideas as soon as I can im doing the muffler job.
@@nwsights6301 ah nice, that carb is a good thing to gain power, ah good, to solder that pipe for the exhaust the best way to do it it's with TIG weld, or in last choice MIG, you're welcome, always is nice share ideas to help others, that's good, also if that engine have a 2 piece cylinder there is an option to gat some more power, by increasing compression, but i don't know if that cylinder comes in 2 piece ( cylinder and cylinder head ) , because most of them are just an entire piece, and a way to really awake an engine it's porting it, tedious but worthy a lot
@@nwsights6301 this is how to make the muffler and the pipe thing the easy way, ofc would be better with a more wide pipe, th-cam.com/video/EEPWAsvZkdc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=cR4-WujwbVPqpxYN
Do you keep the choke on or off when starting the scooter? After the scooter warms up do you leave the choke on or off?
It depends on the weather when it's cold out the choke is on when I start it but sometimes I even have to have the choke on when it's warm. When riding the scooter choke always off! I have some major plans for this scooter which is why I haven't made any videos of it recently!!
nice! Thank you for sharing bruh (subbed thanks to this vid) I just wish you would of showed how you installed it, just wanted to let you know
I should start doing tutorials. My most recent upload has a lot more of me installing the parts but from now on I will show how to install anything else.
Looking forward to those and thank you for considering it! Happy Holidays to you!!@@nwsights6301
@@cjtronan Yes and happy holidays to you as well!
Change your gear ratio into 17:38. 17t on the gearbox then 38 on your sprocket. Then change your stock pipe into a after market pipe for 4 stroke engine. It will help you gain more speed.
I will give that a try and see the results thanks for the tips.
Do you know where I can find a after market pipe that would work?
@@nwsights6301 I got one were do u want it sent to
I have done a 17 and 44 and I have the chain at the top of the adj is this right or did I take to munch i have a 38 on the way would I be sacrifice towing i had a flat yesterday I think some kids let the air. Out because when I got home and realized I put air and it was fine I had put more and after 5 miles it blew so I bought new ones and rework the trailer I have a lot of people who have hate to me because want I do
@@danyalarafat1271 I'm currently riding on the 17 and 38 seems like the scooter goes quicker but I still can't get over 29 mph, I have a video about it coming out soon.
Thank you for the links. Do you have any starter suggestions? The pull starter from the manufacturer keeps breaking for some reason and it’s expensive to buy a new one $45
I didn't have any issues with the pull start, you may have got a defective one have you replaced it and it still is breaking? What exactly is happening when it breaks
Got a Honda pull start on Amazon I have a 4 stroke but the one I m getting is from a 35cc and the Honda pull starter 13 and I think I got the valve cover from replacement parts
Anyone know how I can show pic
@@danyalarafat1271 Not sure how to on here
That guy is mean to me
Hey I have the axact same scooter. I weigh 230lbs can I put a different engine on it to make it more powerful and faster?
Absolutely!!! I have BIG plans for this scooter if you have time research the predator 79cc engine that is what I'm planning on adding to my scooter very soon and will have a video of the process. It will take a bit of cutting and welding but that's one of the main reasons I got this scooter was to eventually add the predator engine to it. There is also a 53cc engine available that would most likely fit right on this scooter.

@@nwsights6301Thank you I really appreciate your advice. I am happy I subscribed to your channel. I look forward to seeing more videos on the scooter.
can you get he 2stroke version of this
Yes you can but it won't be built the same as this one, their 2 stroke is a different style but still a nice option.
How do I find a better exhaust
This is the one I'm planning to install on my scooter, it should work you'll just have to modify the plastic red engine housing so the muffler pipe can fit through to the engine.
www.monsterscooterparts.com/chrome-exhaust-pipe-for-33cc-36cc-43cc-49cc-52cc-engines-with-1-9-16-mounting-holes.html
I am doing 38 and 25 in the front but I am doing 44 and 17 in the front I m getting 20 write now I found a gallon diesel tank for 20 which is mounted to the fender bracket I have had bent taller so I can pull
A gallon tank is a lot more, there are many different sprocket setups to try on the scooter I've done two different sprocket setups both max me out at 29 mph.
I need a motor but want the biggest I can find it's gx50 I saw a gas blower that was 76cc but know if that works I think I have to replace the whole engine because the exhaust was damaged and it would cost to much to replace it
There are a lot of motor options out there for replacing. I do know I plan to fit a predator 79cc on this scooter once I buy a welder.@@danyalarafat1271
I got a new motor it was the gx50 now I know want I got it's a 47 cc but at least I Will be able to get stuff I think I wore that motor I rode about 40 a day every weekend since March. I know the tech specs so I think this will make a difference I am going to get back to the higher gears because I think I fried it with no exuast
Got a Honda gx 50 I was doing 23 with my setup with a 44 sprocket and 20 in the front o just went down the road
And 63 cc?
What size are the tubes
Which tubes
@@nwsights6301 the inner tubes for the tires
@@user-kf6wc3it1p You're going to want tubes that fit tire size (4.10/3.50 - 4 in) I got some at harbor freight cheap and have been working good.
got a exuast for 20 bucks from monseter scooter and made a bracket also got a locking gas tank for seat post
For this exact scooter??
I had to fabricate the bracket the gas tank fits but u have to take the plastic over and if you want to add a bigger gas tank try goose grips
@@danyalarafat1271 Brilliant!! I've been wanting to add a bigger gas tank and muffler thanks for the tips. You should post a video about them!
@@nwsights6301 the gas tank was on AliExpress and the goose grips is a tank company for go ped and blade but a lot of Honda GX 35 parts are the same the pull starter was 13 sorry about the grammar I was ran over and have a TBI
I had to fabricate the exusat
Amazon has some Honda gx35 parts that work
I haven't heard of the Honda Gx35 but it looks similar I'll take a look. The cold rainy season is back where I live so haven't had a chance to take the scooter out yet and mod it more yet!
Just checked some parts out looks like they all pretty work work with the blaze scooter even the plastic engine cover that's awesome.
@@nwsights6301 I dropped the scooter multiple times and broke the muffler bolt instead of using a helico I used a drill bit taper and broke it how can I get the sleeve to fix it or do you think I can make a 300 miles my other options was a eBay motor it was a gx50 but I don't think it a actually a Honda
@@nwsights6301 I was looking on this manual and the 39x26mm for the stroke and bore according to google that makes it a 31 let me know if that's right if so I got had but mine is been fine since March so either the manual is wrong or he is miss representing
I looked at the manual and the specs are difficult then a 49 39 bore and 26stroke come to 31 cc
is that a 11mm carburetor?
Yep it's 11mm I tried a 15mm but it just wasn't working.
@@nwsights6301 for sure the 15mm wont work without modification. you would have to enlarge the intake and exhaust port in order for the 15mm to work. the 15mm is only used for 2 stroke but it is possible to be used on your engine but you would have to do what i said
@@chimdegu Yea I figured that out the hard way. I still have a lot of mods to add just gotta figure out how to install em.
@@nwsights6301 niceee. Will wait for your future videos bro! keep it up
I'm looking into getting one of these scooters in the future. I use a little Marvel Mystery Oil when I fuel up my carburetored classic muscle cars. It helps keep the internal mechanisms from " sticking" However, our fuel in California has ethanol in it, which is not friendly for carbs, it absorbs moisture and goes bad fast. I do have to use fuel stabilizer.
Thanks for sharing and the info. Be safe.
Yes, too big of a carb will make it bog down. Too much fuel, not enough air for such a small engine.
I have a similar 2 stroke that is really squirrelly at speed. Junk carb. Junk brakes. Junk wheel bearings.
This scooter is super stable as long as both your hands on the handle bars it runs extremely smooth as well a lot of easy upgrades available for it.
You need 71cc one
Would be nice, I'm waiting to order a welder and was going to put a 79cc predator on this scooter but I wasn't aware they made 71cc engines
@@nwsights6301 yea mate there called uber scoot 71cc mate but there cheap to buy
This scooter does not come with a muffler and the 2 stroke scooter comes with a muffler. That is strange. 🤨🤨🤨
It sure is. They both have mufflers but the 4 stroke has a much smaller one.
I'm not sure if it s want it is look at the owners manual bore stroke doesn't add up to 49
