You guys asked for some totally accurate battle simulator sandbox battles set in history, so we're travelling back in time to the macedonian kind alexander the great, the conqueror of persia, the hellenic worlds arch rival and historical enemy of the greek people. To create this tabs macedonian army faction and tabs alexander the great campaign, I have made good use of the new tabs unit creator update. Using the tabs unit creator, I have downloaded a bunch of tabs mods and tabs mod packs from the tabs steam workshop. You can access this in the tabs main menu in the tabs custom content section. Using this epic new tabs update, I have downloaded a range of new tabs units and new tabs factions, specifically for the persian empire and macedonian empire. Using these new mods, I made a bunch of epic tabs battles and edited them together in to a new tabs campaign. Although the totally accurate battle simulator gameplay didn't exactly go to play and this ended up a bit more like tabs funny moments instead of tabs epic battles.
If you're new to tabs or haven't played in a while, I'd encourage you to the the tabs new updates as they change the game a lot. The new unit creator update makes it a lot more fun. Also recently there was another new tabs update which was the tabs multiplayer update... which as you might expect introduced tabs multiplayer gameplay to the battle simulator game. Sadly the tabs multiplayer and tabs multiplayer updates do not crossover, meaning you cant use your custom units in online battles, but maybe something for the future! Although as I have said before, us steam tabs players or epic games tabs user cant complain. On the tabs steam or tabs epic games versions, the new updates are fully available. if you're playing xbox tabs, tabs xbox one of just playing tabs console version at all, then you're in dire need of new updates to the game. Fingers crossed!

@@gergelylaszlo5463 if you think like that then yes, but i don’t think that it is that bad, it had it’s good parts and it’s bad parts. We had some important people in our history but then again, WW1 and WW2 wasn’t as important as for germans or americans. But it is weird how france was more important in WW2 than romania in the case that they lost in the first few mounths and romania was good till the end (good as in alive)

Historically Alexander was always mounted and positioned on the right with his elite cavalry, The Companions, as that was considered a place of nobility
I was reading up about him, what you say makes a lot of sense but from what i was reading it often talked about him being in the centre and front of the charge yes on horseback
@@PlasticScot The macedonian spearmen also didn't use hoplite spears and shields. They used the sarissa pike, which I think has a tabs unit, and no shield.

Yeah I feel like rooms ruin immersion, so if you do want to show your face it's best in a green screen environment.. each to their own but this works for me :)

Yep, the khopesh were a blade used as a sidearm in battle by the Egyptians and has become the symbol of egyptian weapons nowadays

He charged into battle with his sword and shield, urging his men to follow him into battle gloriously but he was taken out by several spears to the chest. His men ran into battle swearing for vengeance and fought the enemy hand to hand.

how do you make units face different directions? in the line settings you can only make it 1 line or circle

@@seb4656 if you select the 'edit line' option and scroll with the mouse ( or whatever you use to scroll in/out.) This should rotate the line.
On pc you can edit the direction of the line using mouse wheel and scroll
@@PlasticScot yeah i know but in your zulu ambush video for example you had the blue team on either side of the red team, but by rotating the line it only allows 1 team on 1 side and the other one the other side. Also in some other videos you made some units face each otheras if they were disorganized
