I don't really see what was so amazing about OSI's strat in and of itself. They got a shit ton of healing and aoe damage. It was pretty well executed, and building Destroyer as a tank was brilliant, but there was nothing mysterious or hard to comprehend about it. I don't get why Lumi and 5ienna were gasping in shock every time OSI won a teamfight.
@KidFrenzy its not about mana reg, its about 1. hp, 2nd mana pool= more dmg, 3. reg for his team if he dies, 4.th selfreg with hp after teamfight , 5. faster comeback after death( or did they change that?), al in all in general i dont think its a core item, but in this lineup it was fine.
they were a pushstrat and for that u clump up and an es is like the perfect counter for them but then what the scourge didnt realise was that sentinel's strength lay in cluping itself ! coz of all the heals, essence aura, vlads armor ! wow ! particularly amazing and really unthought of earlier ! :)
Ok so here goes why OSI picked that lineup: DECAY + OD'S ULT + FIRELY + WD'S MALEDICT = TOTAL TEAM KILL... Btw, DECAY + MALEDICT was their key with follow up of Firefly and WR's attacks

Perhaps Pipe into Mjollnir for Bristle was better. M5 had already too much of useless AOE, they needed to realize that they should be able to focus one healer and kill him fast, which they did not. If they had been able to adapt fast enough, I would respect them a lot. Congrats to OSI ! Even though I hate what they did.
Sentinel is winning the team fights because Maledict does a whole lot of damage when combined with Dirge's Decay which steals STR from heroes which in essence causes them to loose HP.. Maledict's damage is based on the amount of HP loss.. It's like one video from WoDota where WD casts Maledict just in time when Alchemists Ult runs out.. The amount of HP lost was so huge that Alchemist died almost instantly..
don't you think that destroyer's multi had a really important role in those team fights ? i mean he insta used it to bring the mana pool down of whole scourge team, so i think that made some really big difference, and by the way, do some more commentating with '' Sienna '' ? I'm not sure :)) but ye, it sounded super cool. Thanks Lumi as always :))

when i saw the comments about healing strat b4 watching the game i was expecting sum standards like chen, enhchantress and necrolyte ! but what a strangely but yet successfully implemented strat ! first of its kind...the decay stacks, firefly and the bloodstone healing + voodoo ! only one word for awfully weird but strangely ingenious game and strat - IMBA !!
Scourge BB failed hard. He started off strong, but when he went purely tank items, and even a Blademail...he did zero damage late game. He needed more damage or at least stronger support items like a Guinsoo or something.
@in305 Commentating isnt an easy thing to do... if you have tried it once then youd know that it is extremely hard to continue have something to talk about whislt being interesting. Ive tried it once... i know... thats why commentators like Ian/Lumi/Sienna etc etc all have my respect. I dont see why you have to hate on Sienna... Give her constructive feedback and she'll improve for the future, hate on her and she'll stop...

If you notice Ian and Jack with Lumi, they actually provide different point of views or how one strat could work (no matter how ridiculous). People like me watch these commentaries to get a different perspective....I suggest you do that too to improve your gaming sense.
its just a combination of a massive healing team with a countinues damage of skills (like firefly, tumbstone, wd ult´s and od orb attack), they just picked everything they needed and made the right bans. aa would destroy alone this team. No heal, no win.

Phase boots on bristle is the worst idea ever -_-. You'd never get the full 6 seconds speed boost as you will be casting spells every 2 seconds

one thing is clear, OSI healing powers during clash can withstand those massive AOEs by M5. while on the other hand, M5 cannot. thats it.
There are 4 melee from scourge and 1 range but doesn't have range spells.
um... gold transfers from leavers after they leave, that's why druid has 5k gold in the end
