Everything about a highline is redundant (if one thing breaks a 2nd saves your life). Also everything is rated for 10x the force they're putting on it. As someone with intimate knowledge of the gear and rigging (high rise window washer 20+ yrs), I think the highline was a lot safer than people think it was.

Depends who it is and where. Definitely uncomfortable in a gym with other ppl regardless if by a friend, stranger, or trainer. But Olympians/athletes often train alone w/trainer, in a private space. If there is good rapport, it won't be upsetting.

Red Bull has kept me alive for 25 years. I have a lot of health issues one is chronic fatigue and Ehlers Danlos syndrome. I never have had a coffee in my life. But after a dr suggested that I have caffeine and electrolytes my body and brain is so grateful!! I’ve never gained weight and it doesn’t keep me awake !! Forever grateful to Red Bull !!! 🎉❤
I have EDS too !! (with ADHD as an added bonus) Red Bull does help a lot since I don't need my two to three hour long nap in the middle of the day when I drink it 😊
