The form on that kickflip backside grab was unreal. The way he keeps his arms in sync as he swings them to keep his balance, without letteng them touch the ground. When you do that you push yourself forward and the board back slightly, so that you stay on top of it without slipping out.

my knees would get arthritis plus wear and tear if I jump like that. but these guys are brilliant to watch doing tricks without any protection. I always wanted to Ollie buy never could learn it.
