Bemuga Holdings signs million dollar joint ventures as Uganda's Oil sector enters production phase

With renewed undertakings such as financing for the Oil Refinery and Crude Pipeline at points of Final Investment Decisions, the aspect of local content in Uganda’s fledgeling oil and gas sector is gaining traction.
Bemuga Holdings is one among the pack that have now snapped Joint Ventures, in particular worth $4 Million Dollars (14.5 Billion Shillings) towards training of 100 heavy truck drivers excluding $20M in equipment.

Did this venture go through legal process as stipulated in the government standing orders or the joint venture was simply signed with a period of not less than a day from State house. This money is for the country where scrutiny has to in force. And stop fooling Ugandans. George Nanyumba USA.
