Hi you needed to weld some support between sides before cutting then when cut out you need to reinforce with angle iron where the bed goes

I think you want to remove the seal you put on the roof metal for the luggage rack. It needs to be able to drain. Ask me how I know.

Аз бях тръгнал да търся някой да ми го произведе, но извадих късмет и купих цял бус с вдигащ се покрив за донор. Ако си от София или околията можеш да потърсиш VanDal customs във фейсбук - той си прави отливки, а също предлага и монтаж. Другият вариант който знам са Luki Campers в Инстанбул, също имат фейбсук страница. Успех! =)
