I love the junk journal...so many neat ideas. I like the different page sizes and fold overs and things sticking out. The ties on the rings..and its just so creative with the pieces. Maybe have something kind of scrunched pleated or crinkled like a flower?? Maybe on front where it sticks out🤔 and not too waded up for inside? Ideas..? I like it all. Its inspiring and 'beautiful junk'🙂
That is a great idea I almost got to an Elvis concert, but felt I couldn’t really afford it. While typing I thought of an idea … put all the ticket together on a color printer. Overlap them together some into one grouping. Print on cardstock (white). Cut a music note out of the mass of tickets a music note. The original tickets are in original condition. Put on black cardstock or on a small print of material you want the music note to be focal point Just an idea.

I'm so glad your channel popped up. My daughter has been collecting random junk like tags, wonky card stock, cut outs from mail or packaging, frayed ribbons and the like for years! I used to throw it out when it would pile up but then she'd cry 😢 so i gave her a dresser drawer to keep her treasures in instead. Now she can make a lovely keepsake journal for her beautiful junk!! Heck, i might start collecting junk lol Thank you for the inspiration ❤❤❤
I made me a “pure junk journal out of a Dolly Parton cake box mix that my Mom had bought cause she thought my husband would like the coconut cake and that I would like the box, she was right. I like your junky-junk journal, I think it would be pretty to dry a couple of real leaves and add to your Owl page! 🍃 🍁 surely a fallen leaf could count as something discarded and would go with your beautiful owl& leaf Collage page! I really liked your little ice cream page too, the tree tag is really cute and the lady in pink & you make great wonky houses, wouldn’t they go great in a Alice in Wonderland journal? That’s how I imagine them. Thanks for sharing.🍦😊❤
Are you planning on writing in your journal? If you are, the page that looks like a map, maybe write about your favorite road trip that you went on. For the extra strips of card stock you could cut them into smaller pieces and collage with the pieces. Those are the only ideas I have at the moment. Nice journal….have some fun with it.
this is a wonderful idea!!! this solves several issues for me (less guilt from producing waste by crafting and also wanting to keep random pieces of paper with sentimental value, haha). so glad i stumbled on your channel.
Nice junk journal, Vicki! I really like how you designed the cover! WOW, it's pretty! The page with the purple curvy edge piece of paper, make it into a pocket! Glue it in the middle of your page, just gluing three sides! Just an idea! I enjoyed seeing each page of your journal! God bless!👍🏼😊💕
Maybe you can put some fabric scraps around the window to look like curtains on the black page or make use of some old white ink and stamps that dont get much use

They are one and the same. The paper (pages) are cut to one size. I line them up and gas one part of the Bind It All to punch the holes. I then insert the spiral in the holes and cut to size. Book is made!

This gave me a good idea. Take all the concert tickets and wrist bands from events. Put them all in a junk journal
