I got myself a pair of Everlast Pro training gloves ($80 CAD) and they didn't last 3 months. The foam started to break apart and stab me, the lining was poorly stitched and started to come apart, and smelled really bad, even after putting dryer sheets in them after each use. IDK if others have the same issue, but that was my experience.
I do bag work as cardio and use 16oz gloves that fit perfect with hand wraps, but I recently bought some 14oz and they fit too tight with hand wraps. How do heavy men fit into smaller gloves with hand wraps? I’m 247lbs and 5’11” by the way.
Have the same problem. Had 14oz gloves and went down to 12. Got the Loma origins ones. It has extra padding around the wrist which makes it tighter so it won't let me use hand wraps more than 1,5m
I love stiff gloves. I hate them broken in 😭 i buy new gloves every time i feel em start to get loose on me. I feel like my wrist are more protected with laces. Im not gonna lie tho my hands are much faster with broken in gloves. I never fight with fresh gloves on.

Hayabusa are a little overpriced go with twins fairtex boon or windy if you want Thai style gloves go with rival or cleto Reyes if you want boxing style gloves
Wouldnt purchase Fairtex nor Hayabusa. I take it you do Muay thai or "MMA". If you are going to get nice gloves get real nice gloves like Fly or winning. I dont even care much for rivals anymore.

in my opinion you should go for gloves that are around 60-80 bucks. venum elites are 80 bucks and pretty good but rumble leather is good for around 60-70 bucks, i think if you are just sparring and training on heavy bag you should get some 14 or 16 oz gloves

You could of gotten Fighting from Japan very similar quality to Winning gloves, only 99$
I can send you very similar quality gloves in only 80$.

I've had Venum Elites for about a year and a half now. Extremely comfortable, but I may upgrade to some Fairtex or Hyabusa gloves.

I don't know that is an upgrade. They do have a well-oiled marketing team. I'd go for the Venum Giant 3.0 or 2.0 if you have the money

Fight Camp gloves are amazing. So comfortable and quality is phenomenal. My second favorite are Fairtex.
Got a cheap pair off Amazon with terrible wrist support and messed up my wrist. Guess you really do get what you pay for.
