    Pre-Cut Chicken Skinless - 1 Packet (500 grams)
    Onions (sliced) - 2 medium-sized
    Tomatoes (chopped) - 2
    Green chilies (slit) - 4
    Tamarind pulp - 2 tablespoons
    Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
    Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon
    Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
    Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
    Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
    Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
    Curry leaves - a handful
    Oil - 3 tablespoons
    Salt - to taste
    Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - for garnish
    Cooking Instructions for Natu Kodi Pulusu:
    Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
    Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
