Does anybody know why they changed his look so much I'm sorry but he looks nothing like Claude I wish they would have tried harder to make him look just like the character am I wrong for thinking this

LC01 is basically a way better GTA 3 with more guns cars and a wardrobe system and way different dialogue also improved also and the vibe matches the Leeds era games and a bit of the GTA 3 beta
Did they mod base GTA 3 or did they mod that LCS fanmade game that used Vice City's engine?

It could be done, although it would be a conversion of missions from III to LCS. That would be mega.

The mod is mostly retexturing to make it look like LCS, but not copying the entire map from LCS.
