Anything made by Lenovo is a pain the rump to repair. I avoid them these days. Amazon Kindle is also a Lenovo device. The digitiser and lcd are bonded together meaning you are 90% doomed. They are designed to break when you attempt to repair them
Trying to attach the digitizer and seeing where to push it in you miss that part, now you didn't miss it, you just didn't film it so just letting you know that that crucial part definitely made it harder to figure out, but I found it just letting you know.
I've watched the video and just did the same, but now there's a light stain in the corner. That's some remaining alcohol I think, as what could it be? Anyway my daughter is happy with that, so thanks a lot.
