Example: You like to go back and dust for fingerprints so actually test drive a car and bring it back with the dealer and say you are more interested in something else. Now you have prints on the car to aide you when coming back. Just setup the reasons you are coming back to make them more legit. May end up working out and letting you get away with a car you wanted to avoid a chase in. Also get a cargo cargobob and have the pilot pickup the cops and drop them in a nearby water to help you eacape while in a chase. Get a close of yourself in your normal clothes and take it hostage to steal a car after you have been in the dealership to check out a car. You can do both voices. Even if they have cops they will have to let you go with a hostage.

SO im just confused to how everyone can see each others mod packs. If this isnt a car mod, can someone explain what is going on here and if it depends on the RP server.
