    Pumpkin is such a delicate flavor that covering it with caramel sauce and nuts seems a pity. 'I'd have to be VERY tired of eating pumpkin cheesecake plain before I'd experiment with additional excitement! Guess I'm a cheesecake purist!

    Cut it ..leave it on the serving stand, then top it.

    Yippee!!! A winner seems almost too easy, especially using the Instant Pot…the only hangup or drawback is that I would eat the whole thing…🫣

      I usually cut it up into pieces and freeze it if I'm not sharing it with guests.
