+hasan ahmed Depending on how well they're glued in, you just pull it out. If it's glued in really well, you pretty much can't remove it without wrecking the insole.

+Isaac Collins This upper is nowhere near as stiff as the original Phinish, so it won't necessarily have quite as solid a feel when changing direction. With that said, they're still very good and significantly better in comparison to the Phantom 1.

hey Josh, finally got my hands on one of these, and the liner is quite thick and substantial. my question is, does this version soften up as much (or at least close to) the original Hypervenom phantom? I understand if it doesn't, I'm just curious if it's close to as soft once broken in? thanks man
It's pretty similar to the previous model once they're broken in. It is firmer by design, as there were some issues with the upper over stretching on the original Phantom, something that is not an issue with these.
Josh, do you know how long a pair of Nike Hypervenom White Phelons would last I train two days and play one match a week I need to know just in case I need to find new boots before then end of the season thanks.
Ya no worries on that. Honestly there was too much flexibility on the original, hence all the rollover and structure issues. Can't wait for the black colorway to drop definitely ordering them. Thanks again.
how is the durability, because on the hv1 the durability wasnt too good (separation between the sole and upper) but on the hv2 the durability was great
I personally prefer the Opus, mainly because I find them comfortable. They're entirely different styles of shoe though. It really depends on what type of fit and feel that you're looking for.

You can't predict durability. Both shoes are comfortable, but fit and feel quite different from each other, so it really depends on what you want. You would want any shoe to be comfortable, so that's not really a "requirement" that helps to narrow anything down.

I wouldn't say that either of them really compare to the F50. The Ace has a similar soleplate and stud pattern layout, but beyond that, everything else is different.

Both shoes are comfortable, they just fit and feel different from each other. The Phinish is a wider shoe and also has a more thicker, more padded upper. It depends on what you want.

The Phinish and Opus will be similar in the toe box and both wider in comparison to the Vapor.

That will vary from person to person. You have to go by how they feel. There's no set amount of time to feel comfortable in any boots.
