2022 Blue Angels - Chicago Airshow RARE 7 ship! 8/19 (Friday)

First Fat Albert take the skies this is the first public performance of Fat Albert at Chicago since 8/19/2012 even though it made a brief appearance in 2021 for a photo flight then the Blues take the skies at 6:46 performing an excellent low show you may notice a extra jet following them throughout the demo it is just a photographer taking pictures pretty cool to see a 7 ship demo also peep the Triple Sneak pass!

I kinda feel bad for jet #7 because he’s not included in the group for any of the formations and solos but I could be wrong

#7 jet was a photo opp chase plane dw lol it made the demo better tbh seein it follow behind everyone hope they didn’t discontinue the chase plane haven’t seen one all year so far
