very helpful Sir with regard to 10:15 , why would we need to do a Dufourmental flap if there is a rhombus with equal short and long diagonals? wouldnt a standard Limberg flap do?
In that case, the amount of advancement of the flap will be excessive and may cause necrosis of the tip if a standard Limberg flap is used.
