Remember watching this match. Zvonareva was 6:4, 4:2 and 40-30 but still lost this match. She didn't really care about it in the third set. Anyway, great fight from Azarenka.
I never understood Zvonareva. Even when she hits amazing shots she keeps looking down at the floor away from the people and camera's and looks like she's going to cry everytime. It just looks like she isn't enjoying it in the slightest which is kind of depressing lol.
@TANZTANZ its only because her forehand has too much topspin and sits up for players to wack. sam, who is her coach tells her to come over the ball a lil too much. she needs to be penetrating the court on both sides she shud have won a slam by now imo if she fixes this minor problem
Vika always had the talent to be a Champion but she only lacked the mental part. Sam Sumyk (her coach) help her bring her game to the next level mentally! Not every great junior makes it on the big stage!
arenaka can be considered a big hitter when she plays a pusher (wozniacki, radwanska) but when she plays a real big hitters (serena, kvitova) she appears like a pusher!
