Yes I can. Languages are classified as different if they are mutually unintelligible, spoken by different races, political conditions are different etc. Ceylonese Tamil fulfills all these conditions. In fact Ceylon Tamil is just as different if not more different than Nepalese is to Hindi, Urdu is to Hindi, Danish is to Norweigen, Croatian is to Serbian and Dutch is to Afrikaans. According to Peter Schiffman Ceylon Tamil and Indian Tamil are mutually unintelligible.

what is ceylonese tamils? ceylon tamil is a language not a people. U must be bind if u think the fairer and better looking ceylonese look the same as south indian dravidians. Most ceylonese in malaysia/singapore are fair. don't get me started on south indian girls.
