- Apollo 11 lunar descent and moon landing in HD matches perfectly with the docking scene music from Interstellar by Hans Zimmer.
Hand subbed by me in Sony Vegas from the real transcript. Armstrong didn't have a direct mic to Houston so his lines are from the transcript even though we can't hear most of them.

Just to clarify, landing footage shown from minute 1:50 it's from Apollo 12 (Conrad & Bean in Oceanus Procellarum) , not Apollo 11.
It is ALL Apollo 11. Aldrins description fits perfectly with what I'm showing.

You will notice that in Apollo 11, they hover over Little West Crater (when they start to blow dust) before touchdown.
And finally, the unique detail that shows it is "Apollo 12" video is that the landing pad (golden leg tip) is not visible in Apollo 11's footage.
In this video (Apollo 12), the moment the pad hits the lunar surface is visible (looks impressive).
Still , good sync and nice editon.
While they look similar. it is Apollo 11. Compare side by side and try to find a shot that matches exactly.

It looks like exactly made by Hollywood. It does not look real at all. no shaking, no backing and forth, and the conversation is exact in the script.
