This roller coaster is the first roller coaster that I went on that ever had loops. So because of this, I'm able to go on other loop roller coasters. It'll always be my favorite roller coaster. :D
LOVE this ride i was SUPER scared to go on it ; but after i looked at all the other SUUPER scary rides, i was able to & now, i can go on any ride without fear thanks to medusa(:
i was mad i didnt get to go on this when i went cause my sister wanted to stay and watch that free concert of ashanti and day 26 so i didnt want to go by myself. next time i'll be sure to go on.
Medusa at SFGA came first in the 90s. Scream came out in 2003. They're both good rides it's just that Scream is a bit taller and is a mirror of Medusa. Plus it doesn't have a theme.

they didn't take it out, they painted it purple, and just added effects, but it's still the same height and length, and coaster path design is still the same. They didn't knock anything down.

It depends on if you get a gold flash pass or a regular flash pass and then it depends on how many people you pay to have on the flash pass, I went yesterday with 3 friends and a gold flash pass cost $204 for all 4 of us but I have to tell you it was worth it we went on every ride before it got dark, very fun.

They don't lie, this ride is smooth. Now I can go on ones that loop because of this ride.

Medusa is still as smooth as ever, quite tame for a looper but that's what makes it fun hehe- being thrown for a big loop!

Not the scariest coaster in the park (that'd be El Toro!) but for sure the most fun! My all-time fave!
Medusa's a great ride, not really as scary as the batman ride, but way better then that new dark knight coaster thing...

ever notice, right after the cobra roll on this ride, it gets REALLY shanky? before the brake run and after the cobra roll. it gets, painful. yeah.
