They aren’t calling blatant late hits as targeting fouls so this isn’t at all shocking 🙄 It’s not enough to beat the opponent, we have to beat the refs too.
I played organized football from grade school through senior year of high school. I had a coach that told us something I never forgot: “never let the referee’s beat you”! Sure, you will always get tough breaks but still play well enough through discipline techniques to beat your opponent!
