Thank you for the joy you bring to us. I loved seeing the snow. It reminds me of my childhood in Michigan. Mason’s sweater is absolutely beautiful. I really like red with white color work. The shawl is amazing. Love and prayers from Texas!
@@Kenneth-m6g thank you so much for those kind words. I’m truly glad the videos are making you happy. I’m glad you’re here! I just finished that sweater tonight!!
A 20 minute pause with you is sometimes all I need to reset my batteries for the next part of the day so NEVER apologise for the length of your vids, Liz. We can always skip a bit or come back later. I've been making up gift baskets for the raffle at our local animal rescue Christmas Fair on Saturday. Lots of decisions to make to make each look nice and lots of ribbon bow making! They're all done and ready to go now along with several mittens, hats & scarves sets. B does a great turn as Father Christmas - being his size helps - and I usually sort some music. Friday I have to make 150 mince pies and decorate and pack the star prize of a Christmas cake. So now you understand that 15 or 20 minutes spent chuckling at you guys works wonders! See you all tomorrow!
@@jayeclements6452 because of this kind compliment austin and I felt absolutely no worry over a silly 20 minute chat we just recorded. The reassurance is helpful and kind. Thanks for doing something to support the animals local to you! Austin just did some communal support today as well, and it’s just nice to give back. I’m really so glad we are able to put a smile on your face and add something special to your day. I’m thinking about doing little 4-5 days seasonal vlogs too…for you and the other sweet friends who care about more than just our knitting ❤️
I watched this while setting up gingerbread decorating 😅 we snagged a gingerbread train kit for free because the kits arrived with broken pieces at our localcdtug store. Cheers and happy knitting, friend! I love hanging out with you on your channel 🥰
It works well to glue the gingerbread houses together with hot glue guns first, before adding frosting. Keeps the from falling apart and there is still plenty of cookie part to eat later that doesn't have glue on it :)
Hi Liz! I am so happy that making a YT channel has been a positive experience for you, you are such a bright addition to the community. I always almost comment "thanks for having me over!" - you are such a warm person with an adorable family. Also heckin' SNOW! yes!! I just finished a totoro for a work friend and it might be the cutest thing I've ever made
im always so excited for your videos, they've been making my day every day! it truly feels like im knitting with a friend, they bring me a lot of joy :) thank you for your work! i hope you have a lovely day

@@CraftyCoug fun fun fun!!! I’m so glad you’re here :) one of ours was also broken and the icing mended it right up!
So true about the podcast helping with confidence. I felt super awkward for a long time doing a podcast but now I can't imagine not doing it.
Yes I’ve seen a few other creators feel this way too and it makes me happy it can bring people such joy ❤️

@@sarawormewoole9284 that’s a neat idea! The icing ended up working! I think we’ll do this every year :)
