Her performance as Rhaenyra is beyond awesome she really knows how to bring that Targaryen fiery attitude
i love the fact that Emma really got her personality. that’s quite unique to portray someone like the dragon queen
Following the footsteps of someone as great as Queen Daenerys Targaryen on screen is such a huge pressure. Emma was so perfect to be the actor for the new Targaryen Queen and I cannot express it enough how their acting is so phenomenal.
I am amazed at how knowledgeable Emma is about cinematography, storytelling, and about the source material and the insights to the characters.
I love the way she talks. She really takes time to pick her words to convey her opinions beautifully. ❤
She's by far the heaviest hitter on this cast which is saying something, fantastic actor and very insightful this was great stuff
Even heavier than Matt Smith or Rhys Iffans?
This is why she is such a good fit for the role. Her insights into how not only the mind works but the body element of her character is everything.
I love listening to anyone talk about something they're super passionate/educated about. This is great.
They speak so eloquently, I think Emma D'Arcy is an amazing actor in this series, they portray Rhaenyra so well, I can't imagine anyone else playing that part now, and when they spoke about being a parent and the grief/fear for your children, I really felt that scene, brilliant work between them and Matt Smith,
There’s only one person speaking what do you mean “they”
@@MrChakarocks Emma d'Arcy is non-binary, so the terms 'they/them' are used in relation to them
I actually cried when she was telling the final scene of her dead son, that was a beatiful way to put into words what's the sorrow of a mother 😢
Emman’s energy is so calm, and so is their voice
I absolutely fell in love with her performance and portrayal of Rhaenyra, she’s really shaping up to be one of the best actresses of our time !

From a strictly grammatical perspective, the pronoun "they" does correctly apply to an individual (ex. When you get to the station, ask the person at the ticket booth if *they* can point you in the right direction.). From a gender theory perspective, Emma D'Arcy has come out publicly as non-binary, which means using they/them pronouns to describe them shows base-level respect for their humanity. Why does this bother you?
I love Emma's voice SO much. I could listen to them literally forever, and I loved their commentary and takes on these scenes!!
She is such an eloquent speaker. With an amazing mind. She has such an incredible understanding of what The characters are going through.

Amazing video! Emma’s understanding and insightfulness of not only Rhaenyra but the other cast members as well is so interesting to listen to. I could listen to them dissect the entire show tbh.
She speaks so elegantly. She’s so educated and smart the way she puts her words together
I really admire the depth of her vocabulary and insight
Absolutely love the insight Emma gives here and gives so emotionalally. Esp what they said about Rhaenyra and Viserys made me tear up, but everything here was such a privilege to watch them talk about. Now I want Emma to do a scene breakdown for the whole season! Thanks for this amazing video.
Its so funny how we've heard the stories about how casting was so amazed by Emma Darcy and knew they would be Rhaenyra.
Can you actually imagine discovering Emma for this role though? Like WOW they struck gold.
I feel like Emma has the heart and the brain of this show all within them.
Its genuinely fantastic that they're the main character.
it's a delight to hear emma speak
I could listen to Emma all day but not hear a word cuz I’d get lost in their eyes ❤️
I loved every minute of it, the analysis, the choice of words, everything. Wow
Emma clearly cares about the storytelling so deeply and is so empathetic towards the characters, even above and beyond their own character's POV! Beautiful human. Much love to them.
Emma is so well spoken. Her choice of words and the way she conveys herself just flows
Emma is incredibly in touch with these characters. Not just their own character, but they truly understand the others. I also think Emma is perfection as Rhaenyra. The casting people for both GoT and HOTD were so good.
I would pay for her to read me a book before i go to bed 😂🤣 that voice is so soothing and calm like a motherly peaceful loving tone.
Emma totally understands the art of acting and would be a fantastic director
Emma is such an incredible actress. Every single second Emma is shown on screen I can feel her presence even if no words are said
I think Emma realy gets what the Asoiaf franchhise is about. Shes so great

@@ironfreddy3192 Yeah. We know their gender and it is non binary. So I am using it correctly
Their charisma is INSANE they're so so cool!!!❤❤
Dang, I even find Emma’s commentary to be extremely moving. Bravo to all of the actors in this series. Too good 👍 🎉❤
it's such a joy to listen to Emma omg
Emma is so brillant in the way they act, read and break down the scene. They are now one of my favorite and the fact that they also are absolutely mesmerizing contribute.
So insightful!! Please have Emma come back to talk through Season 2! They are lovely.
i love all the little nuances of her facial expressions as shes trying to portray her thoughts... lovely voice as well, so soothing
Wow, what an articulate and emotionally intelligent person. Such a pleasant experience to listen to
Wow. Emma is a big brain. This was incredible to listen to. They're such a deep and thoughtful person, with amazing and intelligent ideas and observations. The more I see of them the more of a fan I am. This was wonderful to watch and I could listen to them talk all day.

She did such a wonderful job explaining these scenes! Emma is just awesome!
The level of acting, care, vulnerability, and more is what we all yearn for. amazing people and an amazing show. unmatched.
Emma so regal even in real life 😭🖤🖤🖤
Love the Em’s
Emilia and Emma 🖤🖤
Emma is so eloquent in describing their thoughts and the process, and also has a deep understanding of human nature and relationships... But I guess that's part of being a great actor!
Emma should be a director, they are really smart and have a great creative mind🔥
I love watching interviews with Emma. She has such elegance and provides great insight into her character and how she portrays her
"Now they see you as you are" still gives me chills just as the first time i watched it. Emma is phenomenal.
Emma D’Arcy was made for being behind grand storytelling. She brings such a strong mind for it to the story.
She’s a great actor. Super talented and totally believable
What an incredibly thoughtful, beautiful and deep analysis of her character. Emma is so eloquent and so emotionally intelligent. She is truly a gift for the audience.
Just an exceptional storyteller and wordsmith. Emma explains and guides us through the scene so beautifully. I have a different appreciation than I did just watching the show.
Why am I tearing up at the sick Viserys scenes? Emma’s takes on those scenes are so moving.
